Got a nice haul today:

- Henkei Megatron, best Megatron ever.
- Henkei Starscream, ALOT nicer than the classic version.
- Encore G1 Jazz, very tasty but the roof on all G1 Jazz & Stepper reissues seems abit skewed :-?

- Allspark Big Daddy, I love him.
- Allspark Divebomb, he's standing to attention as a classic seeker minion, I like him.
- Allspark Jolt, this mold is abit odd, he's okay.
- Allspark Grindcore, he should have been a Decepticon called Scrapper...

I've made it halfway through Beast Machines and can't understand why people hate it. It isn't a far cry from Beast Wars. It doesn't have all the charm of BW but it isn't terrible by any stretch.

Last week I was in the north of England with my mother, and I managed to pick up a few transformers. well, one 'normal' transformer and two transformers themed items but hey, it's all good.

Movie Allspark Landmine. Amongst a sea of Camshafts and Recon Barricades at Woolworths, I managed to find this guy. I think he's great in both modes, especially with that large cannon he can carry in his hands or as an over-the-shoulder weapon. However it seems now that I can't keep all four wheels on the ground at the same time. Dangit!

Those 'Transformers Danglers' have appeared in a vending machine in Kettering, Northamptonshire (where I was staying with my mother), at a local Sainsbury's supermarket. I managed to get Megatron and Bonecrusher. Megatron's attached to my phone at the moment, and Bonecrusher's just sitting around with his alt-mode stuck inside him. I bet he hates that.

Today I received the following items:

Universe Aerial Bots Combiner Set MOSC
AFA 85 Alternators Swerve (subgrades: 85box/90window/90figure)
AFA custom slide-bottom case for Alternator/BT, I put my most prized piece in it, BT-17 Wonderfest Black Convoy! Check it out!

I sent in 2 really nice condition Alternators Swerves to AFA for grading, they claimed one of the boxes got damaged during shipping. But today I received both piece back, the damaged piece looked like someone mishandled it and ripped the top of box window border. I will send in a complaint to AFA to address this issue, but I doubt they will do anything about it, or else why would they lied about its damage cause and tried to get away with it. Now I have reservation on if I should use AFA again.

Anyway below is a family pic of my Swerves (top to bottom: ripped window border MISB, AFA85 previously purchased from eBay, AFA85 newly graded, loose verion). Not For Sale, sorry.

I just got my MP Megatron this afternoon! He's absolutely fantastic! One thing though, I doubt he will ever see alt mode....just WAAAAAY too complicated! Maybe, JUST MAYBE, I can get assistance from a friend to do it, but I am not counting on it!

He looks wonderful just the way he came!

Just an update to my most recent post about the big eBay haul I was expecting- it was waiting for me when I got to work today!

Energon Megatron is my latest Meg figure, after various movie versions (uh, almost all of them), Armada, Cybertron (Leader), Classics (Dlx), and G2. Complete, perfect, almost perfectly clean, and $21 shipped. I'm a lucky boy. He's bigger than I thought, too. Man, I need to pay better attention to this sort of thing, bec. I just reorganized my TF shelves, leaving a bit of space for this one, and now I need to re-do the Megatron section to make more room for him.

Also just arrived, Energon Omega Supreme- cha-CHING! HUGE! This guy is bad-assery defined. He is not Autobot. He is Uberbot. Femmbots want him. Autobots want to be him. Decepticons want to brag in Hell about how they were killed by him. Complete, $27 shipped. And talk about size- easily my largest TF to date. Hee-OOGE! He's not even gonna fit on my shelf! How am I going to sneak this thing into the house?! I'll have to dress him up in children's clothes and tell my wife I adopted a 2-year-old!

Lastly, re-issue G1 Ultra Magnus! Very good shape but dusty, w/ good rubber tires, missing most of his loose parts, but I just bought the large head and fists for $19 shipped. The cab looks good too, a nice even shade of white all over- the plastic doesn't quite match the metal part, but when does it ever? And his chrome is in excellent shape! I might ape his grill/bumper for my poor worn-out G1 Prime. Best part: $17 shipped! So for $36 shipped I have a nice, 90% complete G1-re-ish Ultra Magnus, to go w/ my Classics, RiD, and movie (aka Nightwatch Optimus Prime) Ultra Magnii.

I am a total, complete, unabashed, shameless, helpless Transformers whore. *rips off shirt, falls backward onto bed* Oh Hasbro, Takara, have your way with me!!!

Agreed.

But you know it's a good thing I'd gotten the Decepticon logo stickers when I did (along with the extra Blackout stickers). I just slapped them on there and had a field day with him.

Just bought the TRU re-issue of G1 Soundwave, NIB, for $43 shipped!! A good $15 cheaper than I've ever seen it! Yay eBay!

I'll have to wait until my b-day, May 4, to open him, but til then I'm free to gaze upon his boxed goodness. Sometimes I think all you MISB'ers are onto something...

Last night i got 3 of the 4 Target allspark exclusives - Brawl, Barricade, and Jazz. No Bumblebee though. I went out this morning to another target to look for BB and not one exclusive fig there. I'm wondering if that Target put theirs out early.

I've yet to get them in the mail yet...despite the fact that I ordered Sideswipe a little over 2 weeks ago. I have spaces set aside in my collection just for them. The wait is killing me.
