Transformers Toy haul thread

Prowl is pretty decent, if a bit fiddly to get into alt mode (those arms!) and Divebomb is a great recolour. Wish they'd went with this paint scheme for the simplified Deluxe of this mold.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

Might also get Generations Voyager Soundwave, if my boyfriend feels like stopping by Target on his way home hehe.
Nothing fancy but still makes me happy!

in hand, DD looks really nice. very crisp paint job. only reason he cant pass for a takara is that the paint isnt "shiney". but the same old mold flaws still exist
and for anyone whos interested, these new DBZ blu rays are amazing. theyre unedited (blood n stuff), crisp as hell, and somehow made widescreen! there are some strange errors (rarely) i think due to the widescreen stretch but its easily forgivable. if youre a fan pick these up!

Laserback's quite crap, but I kinda like him for his chunky arms. That and he adds some bright colours to my Predacons.

Right now at the Canadian TrU, BH Supreme class Optimus is at 35$+Tx and Predaking is 30$+Tx.
TrU have a shitload of Optimuses so get one while you can!
If in your area it's still expensive and they have a wall full of tem, just wait. It will go on clearance soon enough. If they only have a few,too bad.

I don't really know about Predaking. For me, the original voyager is perfect and the supreme one is wayyyyy too cheap looking.
As for Supreme BH optimus... What a glorious bastard of death! He have all the right colors in the right places except for that green
on his shoulder. (easy fix with a sticker). His mandala wheel of death is stupidly ridiculous, but awesome and intimidating at the same time. The weapons are complete with a big-ass sword and sheild combo. Prime is HUGE and BEEFY, ahd he's articulated with ratchets everywhere. Truly an impressive bot. The vehicle however, look like a pile of scrap. A PILE OF SCRAP THAT WILL FAWK YER SHEET UP! It also transform like a Cyberverse toy. The mandala gimmick work very well too.Tiny faults: Head barely rotate, the light gimmick is pointless, no feet articulations because of the design and the wrists dont rotate at all for some strange reasons. Also, remove the missiles before transforming. They tend to fly off. Finally, dont put the sheild too deep in his hand. It's hard to pull out and you might break it.
Final verdict: At around 40$ taxes included, that Optimus is AWESOME and well worth the price. However, I would had buyer remorse If I had to pay 20$ or 40$ more. If the thing get on sale, don't miss out.

rats... i was totally opposite of this statement lol
i was more interested in the big predaking and voyager(?) prime. but with the right price ill probably pick up both. maybe for the smaller BH prime ill just get the black japanese one. i recall him looking neat.
another one i was looking at was the simplified predaking. hes the one with the grey tones right? dont know why but i just really dig the look.

Cyberverse enhanced Predaking may be the better deal. I don't really like it just because his dragon head just hang out the back in bot mode and the dragon tail is way too straight. Still, it's way better than the supreme.
Getting voyager BHG Nemesis Prime and Supreme BH Optimus? That would be the best thing to do. Nemesis would be expensive, but it IS indeed neat looking. If you dont have the regular voyager mold, this is the one to get because the normal voyager OP is pretty much gone from the shelves.
I repeat again, the Supreme BH Optimus is a MUST BUY.... for the right price.
You may always look up some Youtube video reviews to help you decide.

Just keep him in Robot Mode because the vehicle mode... it's a total lie.
Since I'm here, I may as well report my latest addition, courtesy of my wife:

Again, no photo. Maybe later. She's already found her place in my Leo Prime team

Minor fault - LongHauls pin that held his waist joint together wasn't fully inserted, which meant the green plastic that would't clicked against it was a little bent. So, Devy is slightly wonky at the shoulders. Not really noticeable, though.
The small pistols will look great on loose figures when I get them, so I dont have to get complete examples.

Prime Beast Hunters Starscream
He's actually pretty nice. Sure, the yellow looks a bit out of place, but setting him next to Dreadwing remedies it. Yeah, the ankles are looser than I'd like but he can still stand. Again, I got him because he looks different from the all silver original, enough to he repurposed. Only one store had him, so I got him now instead of risking missing out on him.
OK, now I got all figures I want that are currently available, until the inevitable American cheap overstock.

Cosmo and Swerve are OUT NOW at my local Walmart. So, they WILL come out in your area soon.
As for Megs and Screamers, I got them for only 10$ each of Ebay from this seller. Opfully, there's some left. He/she also make a reasonable combined shipping deal.
