will just decide to release them again for retail stores.

Well until this year, I would have said no chance, but with Hasbro recently re-releasing Redwing, who was a Target exclusive in the US, I would now say there is a chance for a similar online release next year. Probably doesn't really help in your decision. I just took a peek on Amazon and ouch!
D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Only other thing that is odd is the rifle for Prime: it is far too big, it feels leader sized. It didn't look right on the voyager, so I left it with Roller.

Or you could buy one and leave some for others; or not, options you know.

D-Maximal_Primal wrote:My Scorp arrived about 3 hours ago. His availability has been good. All the online retailers and even Target have had him online for retail, the only way you are not getting him is because of the price or because you aren't using online. He's as available as he needs to be, and like Omega he is proving popular and selling nicely too

That is good to know. Omega was so popular in fact, he is getting another release in January (as are Siege jetfire and a few other items). It's just that in times past, especially between the closure of TRU in the US, there were some major distribution issues with say Trypticon, which was hard to find, then showed up at huge discount to a small retail chain, only for scalpers to use it as a reason to sell them online at inflated prices.
I look at my shelf full of recent Generations Titans, and feel like I've won a small war though. It was quite an ordeal to get some of them, but I'm glad I have them all. Not every fan collects them, for a variety of reasons, but it would be just good to know that nobody missed out.
o.supreme wrote:Just curious to see, because I personally may be exaggerating some things however... Earthrise Scorponok has been "available" to varying degrees for about 2 months now. Some have find him in store (Target U.S., TRU Canada, and various other stores world wide), and of course a variety of online website have him.
Have most fans that want Scorponok been able to get one? If price is an issue, and you are waiting , I understand. But mostly I'm talking about availability, as in, you have the funds right now, if only you could find one.... Let me know if this has been an issue, or if you feel fairly satisfied at Scorponok overall availability?

Yes, options, as in I just posted the first option of where to buy a mass-retail, low-price point figure that is literally made for army-building which happens to be a term I learned here so I am far from the only person who does it. And if you clicked the link instead of worrying about my purchase you'd see there are plenty still in stock. As a matter of fact, the limit is now six, which I only brought up because the actual Amazon-exclusive two-packs have limits of 30 and not 1 or 2 like Pulse has been doing lately.

I have to double-check the date but when you posted the link that might have been the second time they came in-stock after selling out very quickly the first time. My point being is maybe when there's a figure this new maybe people shouldn't be buying more than one right away, see Cobra Island Cobra Trooper.
Yeah, he's very good. Honestly, I think he's the best titan yet, and not even the supposed Ark titan seems like it will top him. My one and only gripe with him is that his face is gray instead of cream, like other parts of Zarak. I don't know why, he had a cream colored face in the cartoon, the comic and the original toy.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:So while i haven't transformed him yet, Scorp is a really solid feeling toy. Gosh he is cool
Did anyone else know that he had bomb asscheeks?
He had to finish my fiance's dinner tonight
I guess this makes "sitting down" out of the question for him.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Did anyone else know that he had bomb cheeks?

D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Funny you bring that up, I'm thinking back to my own history of getting Titans. Metroplex came out right as I could get money for titans, and he was my first ever ebay purchase/auction won. Because I'm thinking about it:
Metroplex: bought January 2014 at auction, $105 shipped.
Devastator: Christmas 2015 bought, $128 shipped
Fort Max: Thanksgiving 2016 bought, $90 shipped
Trypticon: Thanksgiving 2017 bought, $128 shipped
Predaking: July 2018 bought, $170 shipped
Omega: early December 2019 bought, $110 shipped
Scorponok: September 2020 bought, $170 shipped
I only ever bought 2 titans at retail price. And they were all for the most part late purchases after coming out too.
o.supreme wrote:My history, sadly is a bit different...
2016- Fort Max (bought from TRU at full price in July, but used layaway to pay in installments, took home in September)
2017- Trypticon (bought from TRU at full price in October , but used layaway to pay in installments, took home in December)
2017- Purchased UW Dev on eBay for $180 shipped
2019- Purchased PotP Predaking in January $110 shipped
2019- Purchased T30 Metroplex MIB on eBay in February $200 shipped
2019- Purchased Legends Grand Max from BBTS on sale in October $180 shipped
2020-Purchased Siege Omega from BBTS in February $170 shipped
2020 Purchased ER Scorponok in late July from Target, normal retail pus 5% redcard discount.
