We already know Thrust is gonna be a normal retail single release based on the leaked listing/shelf-tag, meaning Dirge and Ramjet are probably gonna be in one of the handful of unrevealed multi-packs whose details haven't been leaked yet aside from the name.

This is correct, basically it's following how Starscream and his buddies have been handled in Earthrise.

I'm hoping it's separately and not in a $90 3-pack (which if so, wouldn't this also probably be an exclusive?) that gets annoying to find.
What will be "hilarious" is if they throw a couple into another exclusive $60 2-pack, then sell the other separately with additional (and non-related/pointless) accessories to justify a marked-up price.
To be honest, I do hope it will be a 3 pack like the Rainmakers. And unlike the Rainmakers, those will be more relevant to get. And if they are produced in large numbers like the Rainmakers were, no one will have a problem to get them.
*no one will have a problem getting them besides those in other countries
Hopefully the rain makers show up at bargain stores at some point over here.

Seeing how the TC SW 2-pack is handled, it's a damn same.

I am really loving the city building aspect of ER and the titans. I can not wait to get more baseformers to add to this! Hopefully wave 2 starts rolling out soon so I can get a few Airwaves!

Hey thanks for the insight... Between my low interest in the WfC line (although my excitement is up with ER) and being in the middle of 5 online courses (& being a single parent) I haven't had much time to look into this stuff. I'm going to try and stop by here more often and check out the news.
I definitely appreciate this site and all of the people who contribute to it!!

Fellow Mid-Atlantic folks, looks like area Targets are finally stocking the Seeker 2-pack. It hasn't gotten to my local stores yet, but inventory tracking sites show a handful in stock in parts of Maryland and Virginia. Good luck out there!

Here's the link that I'm using:
https://popfindr.com/inventory/target/087-16-2193
This shows more inventory than at the Target website. I'm guessing Germantown is the closest to you right now, but I suspect that more stores will get inventory over the course of the week.

When I put my zip code in my two most local stores have 2 in stock at time of post. I'll check again when I get off at 9. Thanks for this - exceedingly helpful.

This is incredibly helpful... I have now received roughly 10 emails from Target that these are "back in stock"... Of course none have paid off!

Right now there are zero in stock at any stores in MO or the KS side of KC, so I won't waste any time going out hunting.
THANK YOU for sharing that link!!!!

All while Target now says shipping is unavailable. It makes me almost want to pay that much, but it's almost double the price for 2 voyagers. I'm holding out hope that maybe stores around me might get some in stock eventually, and they don't all get bought up by scalpers.
As soon as I saw the “in stock” notice on Target’s site for my local store, I drove over, and while there were none on the shelves, a helpful employee looked on his handheld device and said there some in the stock room, so he went and found one for me and brought it up front. At this point, if you can’t find it in Target stores, that may be the best price you see since they are going for around $150 on Ebay.
I would recommend waiting things out a little bit. Last year the Rainmakers set trickled out similarly, then were out in full force and by back to school time, many stores were clearancing them. They also came into and out of stock on Target's website a couple times as well with a few of the times being available for a while, not just blink and you miss it.
How much was it at Target in store?
Does their website list them, I couldn't find them? Do we expect the price to be what TFsource is posting or can we get it cheaper from somewhere else?
Thanks
I purchased mine for $59.99. This is the product page on Target’s website: https://www.target.com/p/transformers-g ... A-78917026

They were $59.99 in store, same on the website.
Here is a link to the item on Target.com (if it works).

Thanks man, I appreciate that. Good to know. The link worked, but of course out of stock, wish we could order them.
Why are they doubled the price on TFsource? Ebay I expect supply and demand. Disappointed to see that price on TFsource.
Because they are a Target exclusive. Exclusives will always cost more to purchase from the non-exclusive stores.

As someone else noted, comparing this set to the rainmakers set is a mistake. This will be a highly sought-after set as these characters are fan favorites, rarely ever sold together, and one of them is virtually always much more difficult to find when sold separately.

The demand may be higher, but the supply could be as well. We're very early in the distribution so I encourage people not to panic.

Honestly, that's only been the case starting with SIEGE. Only Classics Thundercracker was particularly hard to find, but Henkei TC made up for that and TC got a 2010 rerelease.SpikeyTigertron wrote:and one of them is virtually always much more difficult to find when sold separately.
Prior to SIEGE, Skywarp (although often a store exclusive) tended to be quite the shelfwarmer. I remember the FOC version lingering, and one Target in my area wasn't rid of the CW version until partway through Power of the Primes.

Awesome set, but too bad Target is the worst at stocking their exclusives both online and brick and mortar. Their customer service has also taken a hit. It's like they decided that their goal is to be the worst of Walmarts all of a sudden. I have at least 3 instances where I've found a toy I was looking for on their shelves, only to find out I'm unable to purchase it because the street date is not for another month, only to be told by management that they also can't hold it for me, nor notify me when it's back in stock if for whatever reason it sells out before I get there. WTF. I miss TRU soooo bad.

I swapped Skywarp's head with that of an extra Starscream I had. It wasn't easy, but it can be done.
(I really hate that open mouth crap.)
I kind of don't mind a little differentiation between the two, but I'm not sure about the darker face on Skywarp.

I don't blame you, that skywarp face sculpt is truly awful, a shame that they seem to be keeping it for dirge

And of course all 3P are going to give us for them are random guns, if anything...
You could write in to Hasbro and tell them the screaming face is stupid while asking what they were thinking.
Speaking of bad decisions Hasbro has made... You know what feature of the original Scorponok I'm glad ER Scorponok doesn't replicate?
