While I'm quite hyped for Apeface I'm sort of hoping he see some third party improvements for the wings. Or at the very least we see some reprolabels to add to the red nosecone. Still, I shouldn't complain, he was a figure I spent the entirety of Titans Return hoping he'd exist. >:oP

Same model for both shows, except for the back. (Not shown here.)

The shades in Rebirths were a little different. But I think it was for everyone, including established characters like Optimus Prime.

Titans Return.

I almost included it, but deleted before posting to keep the chart streamlined, it was a silly little thing anyway.

This reminds me of people being scared about TR Krok amd Quake. How did that turn out?

considering I saw them once at a walgreens, not well >:oP

Plus, I feel that continuing to repack reflector that late into the year is a mistake cuz I fell that once every collector has three, he won't do well with normal audiences :-?

Oi! Some collectors might not get to three without the revision wave!

And some might want more than three either because of the "Extra Reflector troop filler" shots or because he's perfect for customizing into the disguised-as-cargo-crate warriors from War Dawn.

It's how I'm justifying getting 3 of them.

Weapon: Armor Axe
Had to work today, got a tight deadline to finish prior to the 4th of July holiday, and took Red Alert with me to work today.

He is just as good as Sideswipe, and I really enjoy him. That white is really nice, and I like the way the red pops. I wish he had a different face than Swiper though, instead of just sanded down horns. I feel like he needs a softer face instead of the harder warrior Sideswipe face.

I also love the ax made from a gun and emergency light. It is kinda silly but super cool and that is my default weapon for him.

Also found these guys at Target after work, now to find that final Reflector and the Battlemasters!

Or maybe a new front in vehicle mode. Honestly his robot mode is pretty damn spot on so I can see the mold choice but him turning into the regular Ironhide cyber-van mess him up in vehicle mode. Some way to change the front of the van, at the very least, which granted would have required to retool his back in robot mode.

Ironhide's wheels are actually fairly hefty as far as SIEGE goes. And I wouldn't say he needed a lift kit so much as a protrusion kit. It's not that the G1 toy is higher up off its tires, so much as its tires stick out sideways.

Yes. Remounting the wheels to a frame of movable struts attached to the back would be the ideal way.

The problem with modding Crosshairs is you gotta make sure not to screw up the fairly accurate robot mode. Hmm, maybe a 3dprinter blue bumper that slide off during transformation, slotted inside the 5mm ports at the front of the Ironhide vehicle? Could that work?

I didn't get Siege Ironhide because I already have the part of the cast in the Masterpiece collection, but I hope to experience the mold through Crosshairs. The likeness is pretty good. Wish they did a better job with the deco of the arms and hands though.

Crosshairs is dummy THICC. =P~

....I’m sorry, someone had to do it.

I’m in the same boat; I don’t have Ironhide because I have Universe (2008) Ironhide and despite all the shitbit gets, I still like it enough to want Ratchet. However, I intend on getting this Crosshairs as a way to experience the mold and (hopefully) jumpstart the modern revival of the Autobot Targetmasters. Can’t have the Decepticon Targetmasters and not have the Autobot ones!

The ones that had different models between the two shows were the Autobot Headmasters (including Fort Max), the Autobot Targetmasters, both sets of Clones, Punch/Counterpunch, Rodimus Prime (he got a new Toei-original model upon Hot Rod's regaining the Matrix in Episode 3), Scorponok, the Duocons (different models from their toy commercial models) and Sixshot.

That's what I was thinking. Heck, make it hinged so you don't have to detach it!

And yes, Crosshairs' original toy sure does bring a new meaning to rear wheels :-D :-P
That's why I proposed remounting the wheels to a frame of movable struts - it would enable positioning the back wheels on his aft without inhibiting articulation.

Great minds think alike. :)

Thinking about Crosshairs more, the more I'm convinced he was made simply for availability's sake. "Crosshairs" has been used quite a bit thanks to the movies, and "Pinpointer"'s last use was in DotM, should Hasbro want to attempt his partner. "Sureshot" and "Pointblank" haven't been reused since G1/G2, as have their partners "Spoilsport" and "Peacemaker".

I don't know, still think the plausibility of seeing his buddies is there since we've seen Double Targetmaster Spinister announced for Siege. It might just be his two buddies are retools of molds we have not seen yet.
