Does anyone know how to get the Armada unicrons missile to stay in place, I tested out the firing mechanism and it will not go back in.
Has anyone also got any images of the insides of the figure so i can work out what to do.

plastic make it more brittle? United rumble
has this stress mark problem from the pins
being forced into the plastic so I would like to
try this.
-----
My question is how to disassemble MP Primes forearm.
(I tend to disassemble all my tf toys in order
to know how they work and to make some of the parts
line up better with a little more care. MP05 really
shines in alt mode when you do this.)
I've taken out all the screws but the front of the arm
near the wrist will not open. I do not want to force
it open and break anything.
Thanks for the help. Also, how about few galleries of
disassembled bots gents with problem areas to help
eachother out?
Great thread regardless.
Thanks ahead.

The other three are still screwed into the back half, but will not hold the front half and the back half together. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get him back together?
"Sometimes" this works.. Since the screws arent holding, we have to assume the plastic inside the screw-in area is stripped off. Fill the area with hot glue and let it dry. Then, once cool, screw the screw into the hot glue, essentially making new threads... Doesnt always work but its quick and easy.. Just try it on one screw before doing all 3

is a collar as I expected in case anyone needed that
info.
Would hot glue hold?
I used to use abit of CA glue when fixing plastic
threads for my mini rcs...

I found lighter fluid worked pretty well on my G1 Jetfire, but I'll keep that suggestion in mind too, thanks!
My go-to solution for all sticky problems and difficult cleaning is Pine-Sol. A little splash of pine sol on a rag will clean just about everything. I've used it to clean sticker residue off of paperback book covers, dirt off Transformers, etc. And the only damage I've ever seen it do is removing some paint from a G1 Jetfire part after soaking in it for several hours. With short spot cleaning jobs I haven't seen it do any damage at all.
A medium size bottle of pine sol costs about $2 to $3 at Walmart and can last several years, depending on how much of it you use.

Pics show side that's broken with close up of body and parts (one orange plastic piece has yet to be located, but working on it) and the side that's not broken for comparison.

I recently got a Tantrum and his is broken off head at the connector joint where it goes to his body: I tried to glue it back together again to no avail using basic supergule.

I'm not sure if this is considered a repair, and has probably been mentioned before, but if you pull back the black switch on 'The Ultimate Battle' Delux Prime, then the chest locks into place.
Voila! No more wobbly Prime.

I'd like to know the answer to this one too. I'm looking for spare parts for my ROTF RAMJET. The rear upper wings, to be exact (not the lower rear wings). My son gave me this ROTF RAMJET after he broke one of the legs and had lost the rear upper wings. I've had no luck finding them on Ebay. I've found full figures, but I'd like to finish and customize this one, not replace it entirely, as it has sentimental value, being that it was given to me by my son.

So after staring at that for a few hours and the bottle of tester's hobby paint on my desk...

Not perfect, but better, I think. I'm considering using this color paint on parts of my ROTF RAMJET,after I fabricate some replacement upper rear wings for it. Can't find any replacement upper rear wings on Ebay or anywhere else for the ROTF RAMJET.
