Ultimate evil alien alliance

I don't know how you could get the Xenomorphs or Borg to ally with anyone, anymore than you could get the Tyrannids, Flood, Replicators, Ori, and Necrons to ally with someone.
Dark Eldar, however, might cooperate with someone, as would the Romulans, G'ould, White Martians, Wraith, and maybe the Yuuzhan Vong.
In the book Starship Troopers the bugs were intelligent and diplomatic enough to have allies (and advanced technology), so they would be good candidates.
If we were more Gray in our "evil" qualifier (which we have to be to include the CIS), you could also have the Covenant, the Tau, the Yautja, and the Klingons.
I assume Mandalorians don't count because they aren't explicitly "alien".

Kang and Kodos.
Also, the Reapers from the IDW TF comics, the guys from War of the Worlds (Any version, they die equally as lame in all of them), the aliens from Independence Day, and the Glorft from Megas XLR.
EDIT: And the Saiyans from DBZ, because pretty much all of them were evil pricks (With a few exceptions) before Frieza blew up their planet.

No, they weren't. Beryl was from Earth, and her Generals were at least from the Moon Kingdom, which is essentially part of Earth.
