So now I need some advice I am torn between the choice of buying either Jetwing Prime or Ultimate Prime. Since I already own various leader primes getting another retool will raise the question of whether is it worth it? I am offered to buy Jetwing Prime for US$140, whats the going price? Is it worth it?. How about Ultra Prime, it is a brand new figure and I think the price now is still reasonable. Give me some advice if I can only get one which one will should it be?

Will we have Jetwing Prime in the U.S. or is that only in Japan?

as of now he is japan only. and no plans of US release.

I hope it will be released in US soon, but $140 for the Jet wing prime is too pricey in my opinion.It is an amazing figure though!

$140 is not a bad price considering both BBTS and TFsource are charging $175.

I was going to say that but you beat me to it. If you're getting it for $140 from a vendor who is NOT BBTS or TFsource, who are you getting it from? Robotkingdom.com? Amazon? Ebay?

oo $140 - $150 seems to be like the cheapest we could get em. I see 1 for $149.99. I would love one of the Jet Wing prime , but only way to get it is ordering from overseas. If so how long would u think it would take to ship to USA?

I would definitely get the Jetwing one. I've seen the Ultimate one in person now, and because I like my figures poseable, it's out. I couldn't justify paying for him just to stand there. But the Jetwing has a lot more possibilities.

Check out this review on Jetwing Prime here. Not a video but written one, which I actually prefer personally. A lot more poseable, and looks less forced than the Ultimate mode prime. Only thing is, maybe it will be the excuse I finally need to learn how to paint figures... that plastic grey doesn't do it for me.

I had that thought about Jetwing Prime versus Ultmate, as soon as I saw the Jetwing figure on bigbadtoystore.com. That's the one thing I hate about my G1 Prime. Lack of posability (and the head doesn't turn).

I hear ya on learning to paint figures. I dipped my toe in that one when the "Battle Damaged" G1 Prime w/Trailer that I won from Ebay, arrived.

I'm going to Tokyo tomorrow (provided the typhoon allows it). I'm lusting after Jetwing Prime. Think there is any chance I'll be able to find one at retail, or is this something I'd have to go to a specialist for?

Can't recall the release date of it, but you should be able to find it at normal retail.

Yeah- if their toy stores are anything like what I've in pics, you'll find him and them some- if it's out over their yet.
