Magnus, but Springer is a much cooler character though.

UM would probably win.
S needs to use hit-and-run tactics, with his three modes and his trademark 'springing'. He has a gun that produces strong air blasts and tornado-style vortexes. Those would keep UM off-balance while S comes in with his light saber for a killing blow.
This battle is highly unlikely since UM and S are best buddies.
