I would say Unicron wins as he would have zapped annoying orange with his eye lasers at once then annoying orange started being annoying.
Besides, knives doesn't work on Unicron.

orange couldn't die, unicorn will find another orange nearby instantly after the death of the first on, then unicorn will keep killing every orange that comes...for the rest of his life.
