1) Putting out a Metroplex but not the much loved and highly sought after Autobot city version
2) Putting it on the shelf at a ridiculously high price to start with
I'm normally a complete titan junkie and will be pouncing on Nemesis when she arrives. But this miner Metroplex never appealed to me in the original released or the upscaled version as I have no emotional connection to it as a child of the 80s UK comics, and I doubt anyone was willing to pay the full £199.99 original shelf price as a must have buy.

I had the original Cyb Metroplex and spent way less on a complete toy that had more features and cross play (minicon, ports, electronics and weapon for Prime). I never really got into the toon like I did armada/energon but the older version is a better toy to me, which takes up less space with out feeling too small, means I wont be picking up one of these no matter how low it goes.
I might cave on Nemesis as it doesnt look like it needs upgrades out of the box.

Currently we have no stock listing for her. Personally, I get the feeling that Smyths are considering whether it is worth selling given how many of the titans released have ended up on clearance at significant discounts—in some cases being sold off for less than the price they paid Hasbro for the stock. I check new additions to the system every shift I'm in so I can track release info for certain products, I'll keep an eye out though and update if there's any info

Hi, just an update on this. I emailed our buyer to enquire about this and they have confirmed that Smyths will be stocking the Nemesis. However, it does seem that lower sales of previous titans has affected it as we will be stocking lower numbers than usual this year and it will only physically be in selected stores which likely means that the majority of stock will go through the website. I don't currently have any reference number for it that I can use to generate a weblink for when we have it but just thought you'd at least appreciate knowing we'll be getting it in

I was in the Milton Keynes store the other day and the shelf space for Transformers is very congested with Legacy, ROTB, Earthspark and Studio all crammed into quite a narrow shelf gap. I look forward to seeing Nemesis dominating a top shelf

As the shelf sticker doesn't have it and the website doesn't have a listing yet....
I'm sitting down now, ready. What's the price please?

Will be interesting to see what/if reissue TR fort max price point is in the uk. Also with it being the third/fourth/fith titan to be reissued it seems not rushing and waiting for price drops isn't as chancey when chances of missing out are lower.

Stopped by Smyths Stevenage on my work route, can confirm there is a Nemesis at £219 and Armada Prime at £91 in the store.
I may wait a while as £200 for a toy is pushing it bit for me when I have no storage space for what I currently have, much less a new titan.
The iPhone doesn’t exist, “app” means a job form, and Facebook is still trapped in American dorm rooms. MSN Messenger pings, Myspace reigns, and everyone types with their thumbs on a BlackBerry.

Annoyingly Titan Nemesis is still not showing on the website otherwise it'd be an online order going in for me. It's about £8 in fuel to get to my nearest Smyths store and back so not worth it if it's not guaranteed to be on the shelf

I have made the webteam aware, multiple times, that they are missing web listings for new transformers. It seems to be the only brand which gets delayed listings. But most stores should have Armada Prime, Nemesis and, as of the weekend, Leader Dreadwing is now in stores too. Depending on the store, they may let you set aside the item for you to come in store and pay, especially if the item isn't available for click and collect but many stores won't have the space to store them.
