Why cant you use Paypal? If its the credit limit your having problems with you'll have to get it Verified.
If I remember correctly this involves payin one or two reall small amounts (pence), and then when your next bank statment comes through, using the 2 prices as a password to get it verified.
Admitedly it means you'll have either wait a while for the statment or make sure you get to a cash machine before they fall off the ministatment.
