The Welsh thing is Derby, but it's only one day a year, only with a crossbow and only if they're shot at from the top of the cathedral. True apparently.

Definately not just Derby - I believe it was politly asked by the ruling elite waayyy back in the day that all major English cities add the law but few actually did and all added thier own interpretation of it.

Well despite me saying I'm broke (and Leeds TRU being full of naff-formers) I appear to be bidding a few too many dollars on an Energon Downshift and accidently won a mini-Defensor, bought Classics Grimlock too without thinking...

I sooo need my redundancy money so I can buy classics Starscream & Rodimus asap.

Really didn't like Carlisle On the upside, i'll be at the Glasgow school of art in 2008's semester.

OTOH, had a quick look in TRU Manchester yesterday, and found a Longarm. He's now here with me, and is much fun (and looks far too much like a brawler for his bio).

Kaijubot: Keep an eye out on Ebay I got mine as a 2nd chance offer from a guys called the_retro_emporium who has a habit of picking up decent cheap TF's and KOs from wilkos and the like and selling them on with reasonable P&P so it just depends on who you're bidding against. As he picks up multiples he then offers 2nd chances for the lower bidders. I can ask him if he's got any more Grimmys if you like.

For a variety of reasons, E-bay isn't an option for me. I couldn't find him in Florida at New Year, though I picked up the dinobot minicons and some Cybertron figures then. Forbidden Planet haven't had a grimlock in for months and are struggling to shift the Classics they have. The only Wilkinsons I can easily get to doesn't seem to stock transformers.

So, at this point, I've pretty much given up and am hoping Animated Grimlock and Slag make it over here.
