im not getting at people like you Tek. I have no problem whatsoever with people hating the film for whatever reason. Its people making up total crap in every thread they can complaining about it. There have been enough posts about the topic so i dont know why the same people keep bringing it up. Plus im fairly sure that the double poster is zarak but there ya go. Hate the film if you want tek, its your choice and i wouldnt dream of trying to make you change your mind or ram my opinion down your throat, its ott continuous minging i canna do with.

Just for the record though and without the i hate michael bay crap. why do you hate it so much??

Ehh? Perhaps I am losing my touch. The Michael Bay thing was a joke, I wasn't serious at all. I do not know the man so I cannot hate him. I do not hate the movie either, there is no reason for me to "hate" it. It hasn't done anything to me.

However, to answer your question, I do not like the movie all the same. I made a review of it in some thread buried in the movie forum but I am hesitant to dig that up especially as the search function doesn't search back that far.

I will sum it up in a few points though:

Autobots being bumbling idiots. "My bad."
Not enough Decepticon screen time.
Megatron being killed by Sam.
The Orange-leather skinned Skeletor hooker character who has taken the role of Carly.
Anything with Sam's parents in it.
Not enough focus on the relationships between, and characters of, the Transformers.

The military parts were pretty damn good and I could have forgiven the awful yard wrecking scene and the peeing scene.

But after they got to the dam the movie just fell apart for me, and I couldn't stand any more. All the humans suddenly became fearless super humans who were charging around firing rockets into Blackout's butt like it was something they did every day. What's up with that?

On a lighter note, these are the things I liked:
Barricade.
Blackout.
Frenzy (Sometimes).
The bit where Starscream was slagging the Raptor squadron.

That's it.

i can agree with the super human thing, that did wind me up a bit at first, but it doesnt bother me now. the 'orange lady' didnt bother me (seeing as carly annoyed the hell outta me)
the bumbling autobots and lack of decepticon time also annoy me, but i like sams parents, but i love the film for all the flaws, i must just be sad

First half of the movie: Semi-win.
Second half of the movie: Utter-fail.

And that's all I have to say about that.

Yeah...I think I failed? They only asked me 3 questions, and one of them was to ask them a question. I spent 11 hours in a car for a 10 minute interview! Grrrrr! Meh, the place was sucky anyway.

Wont know till next week though...jerks.

That may be a little unfair. It is a valid sport of course. But as Tangent said, it is the supposed word class players who make it so very unlikeable. Not to mention the way our society puts these players on a pedestal and worships them for being spoiled primadonnas.

The sport itself is ok with me, it's sometimes fun to play with friends as long as you don't have odd knob-end there who always takes it too seriously. You know the type, the type who actually does the worshiping.

Seriously though, the players... ugh.

Can't we lure them and their awful WAGs into a big incinerator using a money trail?

I've always pushed for a firing squad behind the shed (televised of course).

The fact that they get payed millions for it is ridiculous. We should burn "pro" footballers and politicians at the stake. Both absorb massive amounts of cash from the taxpayer (with no good reason); none of which they deserve.
