Just got Henkei Starscream for £15 inc. shipping. Very happy. As soon as I get him I'll switch those chromed null rays out for the original Classics null rays, and my Classics Seekers will be complete.

I'll get Mirage, Grimlock, and Bumblebee a little later next month.

I almost have all my guys up to level 1 and Tekka is halfway to level 2. Things are looking good for my team.

Half way to level 2! Haven't you only just started playing? I've been playing since August and only have 1 level 2 (although that will soon change). Either you're very good, or rushing to level up.

I'm just making sure I always have my guys in missions, prioritizing my top two and my two medics. Picking and choosing missions and arena battles to minimize my time in the CR chamber.

My guys are always in missions too, and my mission performance is almost 66% (I don't do arena very often), but you seem to be progressing very fast :-?

Play.com have a couple of TF bits in their new sale. :D
Nothing too exciting though! :-(

Keyrings:
Brawn - £1.99
Windcharger - £2.99

Illuminated T shirts:
B/Bee - £9.99.
Barricade - £9.99.

Posters:
Decepticon Logo.

Very random - if you like the idea of placing your guys in the arena to wait then you have to hope that the first con to throw his in is rubbish

the arena sucks tbh, ive been in missions as much as i can, im just not gonna level up just yet, keep the xp for a while, you get more if your a lower level, and i dont die too often just make sure you inspect the other bots before entering a mission and you end up winning fairly often

picked up Victory from HMV today, havent even started watching masterforce yet, but its the only time ive seen it in a shop, so i couldnt resist.

Any idea when the TRU exclusive repaints of jetfire etc are coming out btw?

Picked up a Jolt in Derby and he's in the UK/Australia/New Zealand packaging with a Bio, rather than US or the multi language European crap.
They had Big Daddy as well, but couldn't see the other one, - Grindcore? Can't be arsed to look it up!

I think I'll grab a Brawn - they may as well be giving them away with the cost to them of posting it  Thanks for the heads up.

The thing is though, it's all relative to time. Even though you may get more XP in bulk per mission if I were to send Tekka into a level 1-3 mission, he could come out with 300xp and low health or no health, meaning I then have to spend an hour in the CR chamber plus the mission time of 20 minutes or longer.

If I see an easier mission or an Arena battle I know I can win, and I have won a lot of them without actually being hit, I can make back that 300xp in less than an hour and spend little to no time in the CR Chamber, allowing me to go back out and get yet even more XP.

This method is especially helpful to me on the weekend when the missions are saturated with Autobots, and it's important to pick and choose your battles or you'll end up spending an hour in CR after every battle which will severely hamper your XP gains for the day.

That being said, I wouldn't just wait in the Arena for any random person to come along. I just take a look at who's there when I activate someone, and pick my battles accordingly or just return to missions.

Sorry, forgot to mention where! It was from Toy Planet, a shop run by the same people as http://www.midcotoys.com, so not mass retail. :-(
Just thought it was interesting that it was in that packaging.
