Some were assembled incorrectly, so that the neck piece didn't snap into place.

There were quite a few threads in the kitbash section and toys forum (some time ago now) telling people how others had fixed the problem.

It's not a major thing, and its effect is still minor. But you think that some of the money you pay for him is for assembly. They could at least do that right.

Just got a reply from sky about being ripped off, they have decided to allow me the price of £159 if i order online..........im still REALLY unimpressed tbh

i did consider that, im just a bit unsure about how long you have to cancel for before they class it as terminating your contract, because i know they keep your account open for as while before deleting it

Say that it's still unacceptable, and that Virgin offered you a lower price. Say you'll pay £99/£129 etc :wink:

i just said that virgin is offering the V+ (which is HD and better than the sky+ box) for £75 which it is, and if i got every channel virgin do (which includes all sports setanta 1 & 2 and movies) id be paying less than i am now, so i want a massive reduction in the installation cost
