lol yeah, rather glad ive got a job, its going to be a busy year, the armarda dvd comes out in germany in july, so ive gotta buy that too, so add loads of animated and classics figures, 3 or 4 encores and some ebay'ing thats kinda loads just for my tf budget, let alone anything else

My dissatisfaction with TRU truly knows no bounds, the staff seem to be either stupid or lazy (I heard a supervisor call into the storeroom 'stop smoking and get back to work!' which really boosted my confidence in TRU) so I really can't wait til my hols in the US and for cheap toys

im pretty gutted, my 24th is this coming sunday, was hoping to pick up some ani's for then, looks like im going to have to wait, just hope they dont leave it until all the crappy movie stuff goes, that will be months

You lucky swine! I went to my local TRU on Sunday, after squeezing past all the kids and parents wasting their lives at the DR Who display, the TF isle was full of mostly old stock. Some fella (not a blue shirt, a suit!) came along with a box. I thought that was it and like a little boy i got excited as i squeezed my girlfriends hand. However he opened the box to reveal movie deluxes. Asked him if he knew when the Animated figures were coming out. He fobbed me off with some story about the movie deluxes being from the cartoon. I looked at him with pure disgust. But i respected that he was just trying to help...although he didn't. However i picked him Movie Stockade and legends jazz and bonecrusher. Not a total waste.

What a newb. Well, Stockade is a nice figure. I can't think for the life of me why you'd buy deluxe Bonecrusher....but you are sure the assisstant was trying to help, and not just trying to sell toys?

If I squeezed my girlfriend's hand because of Transformers, she'd punch me. Very hard.

It was Legends boney i bought the other day, but the deluxe one isn't that bad... although saying that i've only had him out of the box once.

For no apparent reason, I just thought what would happen to poor Brainstorm if he ever came back into the tf mythos.

good afternoon, i too am british, how do you do, nice weather were having

MP Starscream has arrived. Havn't transformed him yet, but I'm full of like. Even the (surprisingly light) weathering doesn't bother me, I'd go so far as to say that on this figure it actually works once you've got it in hand. The panel lines look gorgeous, in fact I think all that needs doing to him is to apply some silver backed 'con emblems over the ones on his wings so that they're the right way up in robot mode (screw show acuracy on this particular point).

Cleaning up of the battle damage on the Battle Begins deluxes isn't far off. Had a bit of trouble matching the red on the front of Prime to the colour of the plastic but that's about there now and Megs is done. Can't get Prime finished until I pick up some yellow paint though, so it might be the weekend before I sign off on the pair of them.
