I still can't find that animated two pack, none in Watford, Brent X, Harrow, Clacton, or Ipswich. But i did pick up the robot heroes 5-pack from a Smyths. I love those little buggers.

Hopefully MPhys Astrophysics. I then wanna do a PhD, so I can be called a doctor of physics (or whatever that jazz is nowadays).

i think the only 2 animated figures i'm intersted in are ultra magnus and jazz (we've not even seen it yet, but you know it'll be awesome)

What are you talking about? We've seen both figures. Jazz is featured in the Animated gallery from this year's Botcon, you'll find it under the events dropdown menu, and Magnus was shown in a news post the other week along with Sentinel, images may have been added to the Animated gallery as well by now.

I've got from pale to lightly tanned in a week

Anyone know how to do these blasted PN1 forms for a loan?
I don't know which sections to fill in, and my teachers told me nothing...

My teachers still havnt told us anything about any forms. I don't even know where or what they are, should probally find out pretty sharpish.

Well, at most unis, the first year of your course counts for nothing towards your final degree - so don't get too stressed about anything until you get into your second year. A good thing to remember is that the pass mark is usually 40%, so while you do have to put some work in, you don't have to dedicate your life to the work.

Second tip - be sociable, join societies and things like that. I didn't join anything, and as my department is small I only made a few friends - if I could go back in time to the beginning, that would be the only thing I would do differently.

Third tip, find somewhere to live that you like. If you hate where you live, you wont last the course as it'll make you homesick and stuff like that.

Final tip (at the moment), don't listen to what other people think. Most of my home friends kept telling me that I should aim higher than Bradford because the city had a bad reputation, but the Uni is brilliant. I think I've had a better time than some of my friends who went to "good" universities, such as Durham.

EDIT: Try the student loans website, the booklets provided to accompany the forms are very confusing. The deadline is the end of June, so you've got plenty of time.

I am fair far away from home, which I don't think is a problem in itself. I won't actually get to see whichever Hall's I'm in until I get there at the start of term, which, may be an issue...

Glad I could take away some of your stress Tan.

You really should go and visit the halls. I ended up where I am because the halls I was allocated were terrible. If I had stayed there I would not have enjoyed it, and probably would have quit.

You are right of course, I really do need to go have a look, the problem is it's about 300 miles away. They look ok from the pic's I have seen, better than the few other I have been in, but, photo's lie. And the new ones still have bare breezeblocks ¬_¬

Did you stay in hall's the whole time, or did you end up renting a house in your second year? That seems to be what most people do...

I don't work, don't have any bills- I live with me parents, so I don't have a thing.

Me mother says she might open a joint account with me. Which I guess would be pretty useful, as she can drop me some extra moolah from time to time.

Ask your college for a letter as proof of address, or better yet, your university acceptance. Any kind of official letter will do.

Yeah, I've been in halls for the full 3 years, but only because they weren't owned by the uni. If you go into uni owned halls then you are unlikely to be able to stay there after the 1st year.

MB, do you not have a passport or provisional, or full, driving license?

My passport's only good for proof of address if I'm on the polling register (I'm not).

No driving lisencse yet either...

Well, I've got until June anyways.
I'll try the letter from college first, and if that doesn't work I'll get myself thrown on the register.

Getting accomodation sorted is more important atm.
