Overkill does look pretty spiffy! The colours really suit the mold well.

Still, nothing compared to Dragstrip. The poses that mold can do! And again, the colours really do suit! =O

By the by, if anyone comes across a Henkei Grimlock going cheapish, let me know. He's the last figure I need to be up to date on universe ;D

I definately want Henkei Red Alert seeing as its how he should be not a Fembot nurse like animated RA. Henkei Smokescreen looks pretty nice aswell.

I'm not so sure about Red Alert, I'm hoping for a universe release.

I just don't feel like I should spend an extra £8 for a straight repaint like that. Same with Smokescreen to be honest

I don't see the Henkei Smokescreen as being an improvement on the Universe version. For Red Alert... I'll go with whichever version comes with a lightbar. If both do, I'll go with Universe.

i think we've had a gud run this year with universe releases, of course there have been reli poor choices but overall, we've had more haves then have nots

They still have the other three exclusives there in the Universe category, he's obviously the most popular of the set.
Understandable in my opinion.

Although I am slightly tempted by Overkill.

I went to Cardiff, so I knew some sort of trouble was in store. Stepped off the train to a phone call from my Mum, her house had been broken into while she was out. I'd eaten six Olbas pastilles and didn't need this. This year sucks ***king donkey dick. Still, all seems well now and I finally found Legends Ironhide. Yay me.

I may be going away for a while once I've investigated :twisted:

doesnt surprise me dude, all the welsh people i know refuse to accept cardiff as a welsh city they are that ashamed of it, terrible place in my opinion.

On a good note my mini con team came today, so as of now, Universe Prowl is now Prowl with Targetmaster prowl lol, Plus Big Daddy now has safe guard and makeshift as targetmasters who attatch straight to his gun cannony things

Universe Ironhide is in the house! Picked up as part of my "make Sledge feel better after spending two and a half hours traipsing round town finishing the Christmas shopping" package. Universe... er... the cement mixer (I'm gonna call him Mixmaster, so it doesn't matter what's on the box) and the police deco TFA Activator Bumblebee also adding to the pile of TFs I call my own.

Yeah what he said. I just got that reissue Soundwave with Lazerbeak and Ravage from Toys R Us today. Don't know why it was there but couldn't just leave it there.

Lovely few surprises the last few days. Got my reprolabel stickers for TFA Bumblebee yesterday (and now he looks truly fantastic), and today got a parcel, letter and christmas card from that canadian girl I mentioned before.

Cannot wait for tomorrow. Sure, I'll have finished messing with my presents by 11am, but still! I then need to decide what transformers are going into storage, as I need the room for animated and universe.

Found a few links to a very good site by Matt Booker, where he has quite a few handy tf mods all planned out. I'm using them to mod my Ironhide to look straight this weekend.

He has quite a good one for making TFA BW's guns swivel forwards too
