He is actually really good.
His transformation is insanely complicated (that just really fits his character) has a lot of detail but also quite a bit of back kibble.
Stuff dose fall off from him if you force the things into doing stuff they shouldn't be doing, like pulling on his legs.

He could use a bit more articulation in his feet to let the poses look better.

If this would have ended up in Voyager class as they had intended it to be this would have been the best of the Universe line.

i have to say i prefer the hasbro one to the henkei, even though u love the henkei chromed targetmaster

the reli bright pinky/purple isnt doing nethin for me

Just goes to show, it's americans. Them and their big ham-club hands to mess with things.

All they do is moan about quality. My City Commander's neck is fine, and the paint on my prowl and bluestreak is immaculate. It's just the yanks.

I'm not a huge fan of Uni Galvatron, although I do have a plan for him when my Classics Cons get to a stage where I split them between larger and smaller scales. SE Megatron, Tit Soundwave, Uni Galvatron and Jizai Cyclonus will share a shelf with 2 sets each of the Energon Constructicon and Combaticon recolours(combiners still to acquire), Tit Soundwave is currently alongside Henkei Megatron and would hopefully be replaced by the ML version, still not 100% on picking that one up though, and for a larger Galvatron among the main Classics Con shelves I'd be looking to pick up a SL Galvatron General with Henkei Cyclonus and possibly a couple of Uni Cycloni as his 'Armada'.

If he'd been a Voyager rather than a Deluxe, as I believe was the plan in the early stages of development, he would have wound up a better and probably far more solid toy. As is he's just a bit too fussy and over complicated (in design terms rather than challenging transformation) for the size. The orange on the Hasbro version is over pronounced, more dark grey would have been fine. I've not seen the Henkei up close but I really can't imagine liking the extent of the chrome with where it's placed on the figure.

He's not terrible but also nowhere near excellent imo. Fine for a low runger filling up space in a line that would be a take or leave type character (I don't expect the best every time out after all) but a disappointment given that it's Galvatron. Overall I prefer my Takara reissue in his lovely lilac and with his Matrix bling.

I found a bunch of my Armada stuff today while clearing up. I didn't realize how many minicons I had they're taking over.

also i'm lookin for oddsey, i still wanna trade and he seems to have dissappeared, i'm thinkin of puttin out a missing ad on the local milk cartons but, i don't know wht he looks like :-(

I've heard Blades is out, but I'm gonna wait until Argos drop the price of Universe Voyagers again. Yeah, I'm cheap, but I bought Sideswipe, Ironhide and Bluestreak at full price, so they've already had an extra £9 out of me. Wondering if we'll see the combiners and 2 packs in the UK. Me wants the Springer/Ratbat pack. Not sure about the Dirge/Roadbuster one, I'm not too bothered about either of the figures in that pack.

Roadbuster's the only one I care for out of the lot. Energon bulkhead makes a far better springer, and we've got a dirge already.
Ratbat's pretty nice lookin, especially after his role in megatron origins. But I don't do cons, so meh.

Bored now. Hope jazz turns up today, if not silverbolt (the latter probably being wishful thinking).

Huzzah!

Good ol' posty popped round about an hour ago, and gave me silverbolt and jazz as I'd hoped he would! =D

While both are fantastic, silverbolt is better than jazz. Jazz just seems too limited in articulation and a little fiddly lining up his arm panels on route to alt mode.

But silverbolt is great. The colours are the universe version are just dandy, and he looks sooo g-wunny! =D

I got Activator Thundercracker from argos and of course they bring the one I don't want first (Patrol Bumblebee). Thundercracker looks good but I wish he was a dark blue instead of purple.

btw play.com have blaster and heavyload for £15 each, was thinkin of picking up galvatron for a tenner, cause of dms advice

whts everyones opinion on henkei prowl? does anyone here have him?

i got the 2.0 release but he just doesnt feel rite to me
