Hey all!
Figured I'd give you an update on what's been the happy-hap this last week. First off, travelled to Toys R Us in Preston (took me a while to find it though, stupid AA route finder!). There was a massive display on for RotF with:
Voyager Prime
Voyager Demolisher
Voyager Starscream
Voyager Ironhide (I had to move a stack of voyager class to get to him, didn't end up buying him though).
Deluxe Soundwave
Deluxe Bumblebee
Deluxe Rampage
Deluxe Sideways
There were also tons of scout class (Including Detour, yes 'detour' not 'dead end').
Also, they were shifting off their animated stuff too and had the bumblebee/ratchet double-pack.
I picked up a 'legacy of bumblebee' pack for £30 (the one with classics, animated and movie 1 premium BB).
Then yesterday, my local sainsburys finally caught up with the transformers lot and had a neat RotF stand selling Voyager, Deluxe, and Scout class. Normal Voyager class (demolisher, starscream and optimus) I picked up a deluxe sideways and sideswipe.
Oh and a small afterthought, I saw TF2 last night with a mate that works at the local cinema so not only did I see it early, I saw it for free. Its damn good and a little long so take a piss before you go in. I'm off to see it again at midnight, pretty excited!!!! Defo needs more than one watch, so much goes on in it!!!!!!

Blindpacked Robot Heroes have dropped to a quid each in Tesco and mine just got a load more stock in.

I do regret buying the ones I've bought so far but at least I'll feel less guilty now when I go back for more.

Sorry bbp, the pic you've given me for your avvy doesn't compress down very well at all. If you can find one with smaller dimensions that'd really help.

That's lovely, ta. While I enjoy messing around in paint, I'm not much good at shrinking large images and retaining clarity

yeah i know how it is.....skint myslef....started a new job monday an found out i dont get paid until then so ive somehow got to survive on £15 until then lmao. Dont know what it is with me...never been a shockwave fan but was advised to put energon shockwave in with my classics an was that impressed took a shine to him...then became fond of him in s3 of animated an kinda hooked now.....even considering the wst shockie...(and blaster of course lol)

you guys getting any exclusives over there in the UK that we may not be getting here in the US??

Also, I was kinda wondering if there were some exclusive UK transformers characters that may not have been released here in the US that they could do for universe/classics, that were in the Marvel TF comics back in the day?? Or are there exclusive repaints for G-1 figures that are from the UK continuity of Transformers..I have been getting back into Simon Furhman's stories lately..

We don't get anything exclusive as far as I know! We barely get US exclusives over here (though that is improving lately).


As for comic related stuff I wouldn't know, not much into the comic scene. So I'll leave that to a more qualified ODBer!

went to the midnight screening, was pretty gud story was kinda thin, lots of explosions and fight scenes, can't reli say anymore without ruining it for u, some pretty wtf moments, quite funny

i wanna pick up more toys now like the human allience bumbles, and rest of the autobot crew

There was are two exclusives I know of:
TF1 Last stand set with a deluxe class old Camero Bumblebee instead of the legless Robot Replica and a Europe wide release of a TFA Ratchet and Bumblebee twopack. But the only exclusive thing about them are, well the cardboard around them.

There are no other EU or UK exclusives, there used to be the Turbomasters and a few Action masters but that's long been in the past.

well i just saw the movie and thought it was fantastic, better thant the first one, with much more of what made the first one so good, namely, huge bots beating the snot out of each other, funny bits and Megan Fox looking smoking hot...highly recommended
