i agree i reckon the first world conquering attempt under CC, was to sabotage it from within so his own plans would succeed, tekka is an evil genius after all

Alright guys and girls, just a quick heads up - Sainsbury's have ROTF Wave 1 Voyager class figures half price at the moment at £12.50! The store in Newquay didn't have Prime or Ironhide, just Starscream and Demolishor - I want both but are they worth it? I passed on Movie 1 SS and Demolishor seems like he wouldn't be able to stand up un-aided... they also had goodie bags for 50p!

Thanks for the heads up mate, i'm going into town on monday as I'm off from school so I might pop into sainsburys because i'm after the new Ironhide...I personally like the look of him

Unfortunately it seems that not all Sainsburys are doing this offer. Popped down to the Arnold (Nottingham) store after reading your post and they are still full price there. (Marked as £24.99, and I even got a staff member to scan it, just to make sure they weren't marked up wrong!) :-x

OK. I've finally been to see the new movie. it's alot better than i was expecting (i wasnt expectin alot), and has oddly increased my urge to buy movie figures (mainly the human alliance figs and the bike triplets).

hmm, i loved the movie, more of what made the first one so good...but alot of TF fans didnt seem to like it, even though it was what we asked for...kinda

anyhoo, im just trying to decide what TFs to get with my first paycheck, do i go with a load of deluxe/voyager ROTF stuff (i put leader OPs on my credit card...im such a naughty boy) or do i expand my Prime collection with a Big Convoy and Optimus Primal from ebay or do i get some of the classics/universe TFs i missed out on, due to unemployment, like Powerglide (i can get him for £16), Hound, Sideswipe and Cyclonus...decisions, decisions...

Anyone seen Takara's buster Optimus Prime yet? Same as the Hasbro version, but oil tanks turn into his buster rifle used throught the second movie =o

Im not sure about the Buster OP, if it had dual cannons i might consider it more, but seeing as it has lips i may not bother....but ill wait to see the final paintjob, it the grey of the current leader OPs is chrome and its easily available i may reconsider

You need to have Universe Hound and Cyclonus in your collection - they're the best of the line, I'd wait for the red Powerglide repaint to turn up before getting him though.

Movie stuff is likely to be available for months to come yet...
