Sainsbury in York had RotF Leader class for 20 quid and HA 'Bee for 12.50. Oh, and Superion for 15 quid (bought 2 sets for 30 each the other month. bugger). Not sure if that's nationwide or not. Grabbed the only gimp hand Megatron they had in any case.

I have no idea because it isn't mine. I browse ebay looking for customs now and again. Dead Metal was talking about that scene on Sunday night so I posted it.
On another note, for those who missed Ian James Corlett's Q&A session I have uploaded it. Check it out here:

If I get a chance then yes, but it's 20 miles away and it was the last one on the shelf so don't count on me. Should have probably picked it up anyway and offered it up to you guys, but I'd just had a misunderstanding with the till guy (thought the voyagers should have been going through for 12.50) and wasn't really thinking in those terms. Probably be at least a week before I'm back that way (probably more) so I'll give you a shout if I'm heading back that way to see if you're still in need, but I wouldn't count on it still being on the shelf.

After spending three weeks 'lost in the post' my Encore 16 & 17 sets finally arrived today!
God knows where they have been, the outer parcel practically fell apart when the postman handed it to me.

Re: Official Disgruntled Brits: We Dont Need No Stinkin Hasbro
Kind of. I decided at the start of the year to pass on this and the other Prime trailer. It's essentially just a fold out box with some nostalgia value on either version. But this one is pretty sweet for a fold out box. The roller looks great and the booster Classics weapons are brill. I really wish that FP had seen fit to offer that set seperately, I'd probably have grabbed a couple of weapons sets. The cranearmmodulethingy is nicer than expected with the blast shields and the gun barrel detail. There's down sides. It's huge. Display will be a problem and the trailer mode looks big on Classics Prime. The mirror mode is pretty much redundant as far as I'm concerned, I'd never use the thing although I can kind of see why it's been included. I'd probably leave the film covers on the mirrors to avoid accidental scratchs where the surfaces lie against each other. It's expensive for what it is. But from City Commander I feel confident in Fans Project and I don't doubt that I'd be satisfied with the quality of the product. Thing is that I can sort of afford it now, but I'll be looking at it in six weeks when I finish working the panson season at the nursery and knock off for three months signing on and just think, "why?". It's a toughy. But given the generally posative reaction that it's getting and the fact that CC's getting a rerelease we might well get a second chance at this, maybe even a tweaked version sometime next year. I might take until the weekend to think about it.

Hello you lovely, lovely people. They had EZ Devstator at AA? Damn, I wish I'd gone now. How much were they asking for it?
Erm yes, well...
If maybe you'd be so kind as to suspend the penis jokes for a few posts (I'll be gone soon, don't worry), perhaps one of you could point me in the direction of some good TF stockists in London. I usually check out Hamleys and Forbidden Planet (they're the two obvious ones, I guess), but are there any more cool ones I can check out?
I'm off there on Thursday, so if you got any help, please net me know quickity-pronto.
Thanks in advance!

I got mine for £45. That works out to approx. £6.43 per Constructicon.
Watch the first of my youtube series, Friends Transform.

Harrods had a nice big selection of TFs last time I've been there.
FP's Superion kit is awesome as is HA Bumblebee. I also ordered this
http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/prod ... ode=retail
Can't wait till that arrives.
I can't help but constantly thinking about buying the G3 trailer and the Powerd Commander set along with the Classics Prime and Magnus twopack (if ever I should find it cheap) As I did get a nice amount of money to my birthday but I think it's best to wait a little.

Xybertoys.com have the EZ Devastator for £39.90 if you're willing to wait until the end of November.

Re: Official Disgruntled Brits: We Dont Need No Stinkin Hasbro
Hmm, thanks for the replies, I might just try Harrods.
As for Xybertoys, thanks for the tip, I've used them a few times before (they had the metallic Gold 77 Camaro Bumblebee and the Japan-exclusive Real Gears), so I may just yet place an order with them. As specialists in the Japanese figures, however, I may well just wait and get a job lot including the Japanese ROTF Ravage (with extra purple), Japanese ROTF Mixmaster (the head's a different colour), Buster Prime, and Japanese ROTF Supreme Devastator (avec red facial paint apps).
Still not sure if the Japanese versions of Jetfire and Voyager Meggy are just a tad different in terms of colour scheme, so I may be getting them as well.

I think the next things I'll be looking out for will be the universe Ultra repaints (red Powerglide, Hardhead and Silverbolt repaint) Hopefully they'll be stocked at ASDA as they're Walmart exclusives.
P.S.
Nothing to do with TF's - Just making food more wonderful you can now get the genius product Bacon Salt in the uk, send an email to the address here for free samples (yes they're a bit silly but who doesn't like bacon?)

Re: Official Disgruntled Brits: We Dont Need No Stinkin Hasbro
Just come back from London - bagged myself a ginormous haul (no, that's not penis innuendo).
FABs Mudflap, Sideswipe, Starscream & Ironhide. Starscream's probably the best of the four - amazing how a fantastic paint job can improve a bog-standard toy.
Deluxes Jolt, Swerve, Dead End, Blaze Master, Stalker Skorponok. Kinda disappointed not to find an Ice Cream truck, or an Arcee, which I think are in the same wave. Swerve is a thing of absolute beauty. They've even fixed the torso/chest interlock problem that bugged early versions of Sideswipe, which I might have to now consider re-buying. I was also after a clear-window Cannon Bumblebee, but no luck there I'm afraid.
Voyagers Megatron and Stratosphere. Sadly no Mixmaster to be seen. I'm also still yet to find a Ratchet or Fallen. That said, I'll probably wait to pick up the Fallen in that 3-pack with Megatron and Blue Soundwave.
Scouts Nightbeat and Ejector.
I also had a look in Hamley's and the prices were appaling! They had scouts for £10, Deluxes for £17 and Devastator for a whopping £125!!! How do they get away with it? One thing of interest in there were the two Battle Chargers, Bumblebee and Sideswipe. They're those pull-back and auto-change kiddie toys, similar to the Cyber Slammers from the first film. I have to say though, they're quite impressive, a lot bigger than I thought they would be - around the same size as an FAB. I'll get them eventually, but not for crazy Hamley's prices (£17!!!)
Cheers.
