Wasp-shot23 wrote:Aw man, that's some sweet haul... I'm still searching for a universe hound for under £20. I am so annoyed we never got the 25th anniversary deluxes. I paid £25 for cyclonus and £11 for cheetor and they're the only ones I've got. I wouldn't normally spend so much on a deluxe like I did with cyclonus but I wanted him so bad...

Just to make you feel that much worse, I got a Henkei Hound for free.

I understand that, but dirge is a mainstream figure, and mrs o sure did shell out more than she should have.
She put in such a big order that we actually averaged about £12.50 per figure. The list goes like this;
WST Blaster
WST Shockwave
Universe Hound (just wanted Ravage really)
Dirge
Thrust (at last!)
Universe Cyclonus
WFC Soundwave
Classics or Universe Starscream (She won't let me have it yet so I don't know)
Movie Hubcap for £3!

Neurie wrote:That is a good deal, in Forbidden Planet theyre 12.99 each(!)
Ill be popping back to that Sainsburys this Friday( assuming my eye surgery allows me to drive by then) if any one wants me to see if theres any TF's left, they were all half price( PCC wave 2 were £5.00, HFTD basics £3.50 and TF Voyagrs £10.00). It was crazy never seen so many mothers and grandmothers fighting to get to the toys faster than the poor little Asian shop assiastant could put them out. The Doctor Who section was particularly brutal :-S
Im more than happy to help peeps out if I can.
Neurie wrote:Checked today but was like a desolate waste land sparesly filled with ROTF legends figures.

Wasp-shot23 wrote:I've just got rid of some silver coins by buying legends sandstorm; he is nice.
Just as good as beachcomber.
I thank you (numerous peeps) for recommending him.
Sledge wrote:I quite like the look of Jetfire and Jetstorm. They've grown on me.
But then, so does athlete's foot, so that might not be a recommendation.
