I just made a deal with a poster here (well, not "here", here, but on Seibertron) for RTS G2 Prime and the Maketoys Battle Tanker. It's a good deal. :grin:

Can't wait for delivery.

Also stuck an order in for 5 of the blind packet Micron Arms minicons from Kapow. Kinda want to go mad and get loads of the Micron Arms toys, but can't justify the prices without seeing any of the toys. Might end up with one or two, but definitely getting all the FOC guys except FAT Prime.

Been noseying around ebay again too, still so many older Gen, Classics, Universe, etc, etc, etc figures I want. And they keep making more! :BOOM:

Had a nice little surprise at work last night!

I work nights at Sainsbury's on the Isle of Wight, and I tend to work the Seasonal/General Merchandise departments, which includes toys! Going through my delivery, I found:

Interestingly, our system put it through the tills as a DotM Mechtech deluxe. I'll check tonight, but if that's the case, then it should have the same barcode as the DotM deluxes. That could be why a lot of places haven't got their Prime stock in yet: If their stock levels on their DotM deluxes is still high, the ordering system won't have generated an order for a new case yet. Speaking from my store's point of view, we've still got a million Cyberfire 'Bees and Mudflaps that we're never gonna shift! Same story for the Cyberverse Legions, too! We've got tons of Stealth/Bolt 'Bees and Mudflap.

Well I went to Stockport today and checked out Sainsbury's and they had nothing in I then went across the road to Asda and had a look All i saw were DOTM but I noticed somethin hiding behind DOTM Jolt it was RID Bumblebee so I moved Jolt and Found a RID Cliffjumper so I bought Cliff and Bot Shots Optimus and Megatron so nice day for me Cliff is awesome and the botshots are fun

FYI I went to my local ASDA today (Killingbeck in Leeds) and wandered down their Toy sale aisle (promotion they are on this month) and lo and behold, what did I find? Only RID Revealers Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Wheeljack and Soundwave! And on offer at 10.97 each! :KREMZEEK:

They only had one soundwave so grabbed him and wheeljack, but they had loads of Bee so may have to go back once I've sold a few internal organs! After all, me and my wife to save money didn't do Valentines day so god bless her for agreeing to me buying them.

Anybody else checked their ASDA?

Forgot to mention in my earlier post, and I'm pretty certain it's common knowledge anyway, but the cases aren't packed evenly. The mix is 3xBBee, 2xWheeljack, 2xCliffy & 1xSoundwave, so all those Decepticon fans out there need to get hunting!

I got my Transformers Prime deluxe Meagatron Takara version today he is really cool and Shiney also the Takara instructions actually show you how to transform him all the way the 2 pack instructions didn't show you how to fold the wings out

I checked when I finished work this morning, and something is up with our system regarding the Prime deluxes! They do have totally different EANs/barcodes, but they are being lumped in with the DotM deluxes as far as the stock control system is concerned (ie, it has the the same SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code). I thought it was weird when it came up with exactly the same description on the receipt as the DotM deluxes.

The downside of this: Stock doesn't get replenished until it falls below a certain level. For example, the system might be set up so that when our stock falls below a case, we get another sent in. As there are eight in toys a case, we need to wait for stock to fall below eight before we get another case in. This would be fine if it were just the Prime Deluxes we were talking about, as they're selling really well, but our system has lumped them together with the dreaded DotM Mechtech deluxes, so we're gonna have to shift those Cyberfire 'Bees and Mudflaps before we have much of a chance at getting any more in...

I mentioned it to the Price Control girls on my way out this morning, so hopefully something might get done!

Mrs O bought me Bot Shots Sentinel Prime. Not my usual type of thing but she knows I'm a sucker for translucent plastic and I must admit, he's great.

Was in Reading today and the entertainer had about 20 leader Ironhides, so seeing as DOTM is dissappearing they should be going pretty cheap soon (I think they were already reduced to £35)

Well then. Just after I return, my computer dies. I am cursed, I swear...
Have to say that while TFP looks quite good, I'm not masssively inspired by the aesthetic in general *cowers under a table to avoid the rocks being thrown*. And I've literally jst seen WFC/FOC bruticus pics and he's certainly...different. Colourful and with a stupid power-ranger-style weapon lol and his upper limbs are really thin. But actually, IMO he's not that bad...
