A trip round Middlesbrough and I saw Krok, Quake, Triggerhappy and Double cross in TJ Hughes, Rid warriors Doublecross and Soundwave and me with no money... The Entertainer had Studio Series on sale as well...wrong time of the year for me.

I.D toys Black Friday stuff up (note, I'm not a big fan of theis Black Friday thing as it seems to have taken over from January sales and pretty much like our bonfire night, is never actually on the date!)
https://www.indemandtoys.co.uk/product- ... ck-friday/
Highlights to me, but may be other stuff that catches peoples eyes.
Lagoon MP Prime £80
Nova Star POTP £15 (usually £18 but a three pound saving is better than nowt for a toy that hasnt made it in retail stores yet)
Outback Potp £8
Cindersaur Potp £8
Ken/Chun Li Transformers £40
Ryu/Bison £60
Old scale size MP5 Gold Megatron £65
Protctobots evac squad £20 (other set sold out, was one of the things I was tempted on)
I'm thinking about getting the toyhax labels for fort max but not sure if they just compliment the stickers already on him or can be used to sticker one that has no stickers on to begin with.

Kapow keeps adding stuff to the sale section:
Tak Legends Scourge £20
Tak Legends topspin £16
Tak Legends Six shot £30
MP Ultra Magnus £100
MP Thrust £75
MP cassettes takara nail £55
TR wave 2 titan masters set of 4 £10 (seems good value for four heads/Trypticon feed)
Not on sale but they have Studio series exclusive thundercracker at £30 (ordered one to put ghost starscreams head on him) the toyhax G2 dreadwing labels could mean picking up another one at some point.
others of note:
classic voltron set £110
robomachines, two on offer at £23 each
But yeagh, nothing new in Leeds at the mo, I've been checking entertainer & Asda for the botbots as it seems like something they would stock. Smyths had the best range of studio series in, but they would have to be at entertainers prices to tempt me on a few of them.

I didn't think we'd be getting botbots over here? Do you know otherwise?

ID toys state due instock December, no SKUs on Amazon uk yet but can't see any reason why we would not see them in stores. The range is well suited for European release (gormitis, trash pack, grocery gang etc) with the lower price points/market.
My studio series thundercracker arrived today, would be neat if toyhax did some BW Inferno inspired stickers for him.

Oddly there is a listing for the shed head team using place holder text with a release date of January 1st. I found it through Google mind.

If it helps amyone ID toys has some of the reissue mini bots back in stock -I can't remember if I need any of them as my g1 stuff has been in storage for too long!
Outback, bee, swerve and tailgate £12 each
https://www.indemandtoys.co.uk/product- ... roduct_cat
Also first pre-order listing I've seen on a UK website for the MP44 Optimus Prime £320 at ID toys too.

That is a lot to pay for MP-44, I just can't pay that much for one figure. Maybe I'll just go after one of the many mp 10 that will show up

£320 is far more than I'd pay for MP-44, and even with the conversion rate only works out £30 cheaper than the MSRP $450.

The thing is, you just know this isn't going to be the end of it.
There'll be various re-issues of the mold, corrections, special editions etc over the next few years as HasTak try to squeeze everything they can from it.
May as well leave this unless you absolutely must have the first produced one. Otherwise just wait for the inevitable improvements and cheaper versions down the line.

Yeagh it's making the discounted variants of MP10 (Gold Lagoonen, shattered glass) or even the KO (neon Genesis/7/11 etc) an easier choice as picking up variants of MP44 is going to be pricey.
Got the POTP Nemesis Prime semi exclusive from Amazon today and it shares the MP44 non square windows and has back pack kibble too (from the smaller figures legs), but for £37. There is no need for a £300+ figure with so many options out there, Variety is good, its just damn expensive.

I reckon we'll see the "grey" Prime repaint before too long for MP-44. I was tempted to get potp nemesis prime but didn't have the cash in hand.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
My POTP Predaking arrived yesterday from Amazon.com, bargain at £115 delivered from the states.
Still no sign of a Velocitron set anywhere in the local home bargains. TKMaxx have a duo bot dragonstorm for £39 but I've noticed you can get it cheaper from ebay.

Nice, I'm hoping for the £100 mark on him but don't think that will be for a long while (or if at all, it might go the way of devastator
-of which I'm really tempted to go for the unite warriors reissue despite having the NBK that fits in my shelves).

I held off on Predaking as I was afraid of what customs were going to hut me with, I have warmed up to him from seeing all the pictures. I came across that same dragonstorm but I thought he still didn't look good enough for that price.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
The £115 was all inclusive of delivery and Amazon handling the customs charges etc. It's all very transparent when you order through Amazon.com as they list what the expected charges will be and lump it in as part of the final bill.
Sucks a bit when you're only buying a $20 item as you pay the charges on top of the shipping, but for a $11 item (such as the recent offer on Lockdown) then even when you add on the shipping, it still comes underneath the total customs / tax threshold.
With others, it's just worth it to bite the bullet as with Predaking.

When I heard the velocitron set was in home bargains, I checked a couple out and couldn't find it, but figured it would bring down the price on ebay, sure enough it did, so I got mine for £60 on ebay. Nice set, even though I'm sick of THAT optimus
