They mix well and are easy to work with but they're not really hard wearing enough for toys with so many moving parts, even sealed with a couple of layers of clearcoat. I'm generally using Tamiya acrylics for TF repaints recently. They're a pain to work with in comparison but provide a really durable finish.
I'd have no problem with putting on another coat repeatedly. Just the paints I was just using were useless. I put some on his bonnet. It just rolled straight off into his headlight...and then I leaned on it and it all went from the headlight into my mouth. Bleugh.

It's been done, sith Classics Jetfire repainted as Silverbolt and the Seeker mould used as the limb bots. The paintwork on the individual bots was superb, although the combined form was somewhat lacking. There should still be a thread on these guys somewhere in the Transtopia forums, but I can't be bothered going looking for it at the moment.
Thyunda--- It may contain alcohol, but that doesn't mean you can drink it. That's Jeep-thinking that is
(Unless it's alcohol free paint, but that spoils to the joke)
I just fancy doing the classics CJ head job that TT (I think?) showed us a few pages back.
It looks truly awesome, but I don't know if I can manage it.

Iron Man looks good, but I don't think I can be bothered to go and see it.

Kage, one of the regulars over at the Auto Assembly boards, has reported finding the Animated Battle Begins Prime/Megatron DVD pack at Toys R Us, priced at £19.99. According to the staff at that branch (Bournemouth) the rest of wave 1 is due to be rolled out over the next few weeks. Happy hunting folks!

I wanna see Iron Man. Might see it next week.
I'm interested to see how Jizai toys Ironhide turns out. I'm more than happy with my classics IH, but I'm curious.
EDIT:--
OH GOD IT'S STARTING AGAIN!!

The other Toysrus sort of local to me had moved to a tent in their own car park which was a bit useless.

As for the wii, i agree, its generally better for party games, MK got sooooooooooooooo boring after a few races, and dont get me started on that sonic and mario olympics. Zelda and TW 08 are pretty class though

Trade it in for Wario Ware. You'll never get tired of that I'm sure!
I know I'm not, and I've had it since the Wii came out!
