Well, I've done it.

That's right, I've preordered TC and SW from BBTS.

And tomorrow I'll be popping round the corner to TRU to (hopefully) spend more money. However, as we still haven't had the Animated 2-pack yet I wont be getting my hopes up too much. But I'll let you know what I find.

Well, Animated wasn't out in York TRU - however, they must either have some in the back or be expecting a delivery later this week as I have not seen the TF shelves so full for such a long time. It was as if the boss had ordered all TF stock to be put on the shelves - loads of movie Wingsabers and Jetfires, a couple of cybertron leader primes and at least 50 allspark deluxes. I'll give it another look on thursday or friday.

thats some mark up bbts have got on the pair! $139.99 for the 2 is really marked up, than the $45 that the people Tekka recommend!

That $45 doesn't include shipping, so I don't know how that's going to pan out. Anyhoo, my preorder for TC is in, deposit paid. Now to put aside a few quid to pay him off and start the waiting game...

Doesn't really bother me, £35 is a lot less than purchasing a botcon TC from ebay, which I had been wanting to do for ages.

Never heard of Clayton bay, but I have heard of Cayton Bay - between Scarborough and Bridlington - is that where you went? And yeah, the TRU in York is the only one I know of for the whole of North Yorkshire.

UnitedBot of tfw2005 has posted his latest find at TRU in his region. He picked up the entirety of wave 1! (He's not located in Milton Keynes either! Sadly, I forget just where his TRU is...)

I wish we could at least see a prototype pic of Prowl with his mod armour. Tomorrow I'll be picking up BB and the battle begins pack with any luck.

Gotta admit, I'm a little torn on Prowl. I know that logically it makes more sense to wait for the samurai armour pack, but... I'm not gonna once I see him in a shop, am I?

I'm thinking the prowl with sidecar may have a different paint scheme than the original, and who knows if it will be faithful to the show or not.

As a contingency I think it's better to get both prowls then offload the one you don't want to keep later on eBay or whatnot. Minus the armour of course.

I can't afford to get both, and would much rather get BB now if the Prowl armoured version looks good.

Personally I'd get BB as Prowl has 'superior' version coming out, and even if it sucks, you can stil get normal Prowl after you know it sucks :grin:
