United Stepper - Nebulon problem

Hey, I just got my United Stepper and there is a factory error on the Targetmaster :BOOM: . It has two left arms. Which essentially means the elbow bends in the wrong direction on the right arm.

I have sent an email off to RobotKingdom but they will be closed at time of writing this so now awaiting a reply. Has anyone else got this problem?
