That's part of the sometimes cruel bidding game on eBay. I've been sniped several times myself. On the other hand, there have been more auctions where I was outbid early on by people who REALLY wanted something and the final price was way too high for me to even have regrets. At that point, I was happily on my way to something else.


this is true, was bidding on some loose G2 Megatron, and the thing went for 3 times my original bid price.
