He was doing a Magnaboss one as well. He showed off the black and white but still no colored image. I was really looking forward to that one.

On the plus side, I saved his 3 DotM Wreckers images! :MAXIMAL:

I picked up a thing (two, actually) today, after seeing my brother fiddle with the line. I was intrigued enough that when I saw the shelf brimming with sets I picked up a couple. They're not Transformers, but they are robots. And they're tiny. And they're buildy.

Sooo... that's my eve sorted.

What will come out of this..?

That's some hella nice AB Ryan threw down there.

I'm very excited to see what comes form all them sprues. I do like some build-y kits. I keep passing on the Gundam kits at the book store. Hmmm.... maybe I need to pick up another Mega Man kit from Kotobukiya :-?

Anyway, I can't wait to see the end result.

Huh, I would have never guessed a wolf more less a sniper wolf. Does that belong to any fiction or is it the best kind of toy that is just a toy? It's really cool looking ;)^

can't wait for for the next.

To be completely honest I can only associate one thing in my mind with Sniper Wolf.

I have the McFarlane figure somewhere in a box, but it's nothing to write home about.

Ah cool purple wolfie, looks really close to the art too. Neat! I've sorta vaguely heard of that game series.

I'm on amazon looking at them now, too many comic and game heros - just give me a cool robit. Them little snap together gundam kits always tempt me but I know nothing about gundam other than they look cool. I almost walked out of the store with one of the SD kits the other day, but chickened out at the last second.

But I decided that I wanted to see which other ones were available first. Still haven't looked. I guess there is no time like the present.

It was fun and enjoyable experience, very different from miniature painting/customizing, which are my only other 'hands-on' activities. If you pick up a kit, you'll probably have fun too!

I just really wanted something to fiddle with, and the TF selection is abysmal in this country...

I'm about to go make a post over there actually. You know me always on the road, always wasting company time hunting.

Oh I like those types of kits. I'm sure you've seen my Mega Man Kotobukiya kits. They're super awesome. I know Will and a few others have been enjoying those metal earth kits. I've done one and found it very satisfying. The nice thing about those is not having to clean the plastic burrs that the sprues leave behind.

I checked out the sprukits and only a few of the LBX ones jumped out at me. I may just give in to instant gratification the next time I'm at the book store and nab a gundam. Cash and carry is just too hard to resist sometimes.

From a line sold here in the states called Sprukits that I tried a few weeks ago. And yes he too is tiny.
Veeeerrrrryyyyy interesting.
So a Japanese line of video game model kits by Bandai rebranded for sale in the states.
Who would think to do something like this?

Bandai of course! And it's probably to support/get additional sales for the domestic release.

And it's a Level-5 game at that. Which if you check my gaming thread, you will see I just started another Level-5 game, Rouge Galaxy.

I had meant to take photos of Thunderhoof at the beach, when I was spending time there. Alas, the timing gods were not on my side. So I took him up to the roof just now, and took a couple of more 'industrial' ones instead. I thought it was fitting.
