Who wins?

im going with squirrel girl. shes beaten doom, deadpool, modok, and yes, thanos. thanos, who is the only character i can think of off the top of my head that has wielded the power to, and has destroyed the marvel universe on more than one occasion. he can beat down guys like the silver surfer with sheer power, and out think nearly anyone, having super human intelligence. but he was no match for her.

if shes taking out guys who are beyond herald level no martial artist can compete. karate kid might be able to destroy some metals with kind of super human skills, but someone like thanos could probably walk straight through it without breaking step. deadpool is one of the best straight fighters in marvel and shes taken him out with no trouble, and doom and modok are among the best thinkers.

i think one of her powers is to skrew with anyone she wants. no matter how outclassed she seems to be, she can win. small rodents can damage and incapacitate characters who could withstand nuclear explosions.

Yes, she does indeed have the power to take on any super-villain and defeat them no matter how mismatched the fight is. It was in the issue of GLA/GLX/GLI whatever where S.H.I.E.L.D. tried to recruit her.

Karate Kid has on occasion stalmated pre crisis Kryptonians who Thanos would bounce off so he has a good chance.

VA kills SG in her sleep but then gets nasty with her body and is arrested for animal abuse.
