Do you collect other toys besides Transformers? Maybe you've got a Masters of the Universe collection you'd like to show off, or maybe you like Thundercats, Voltron, G.I.Joe, Power Rangers, Star Wars, Wrestling, or any of the various comic book toy lines. Please keep the discussions here to non-Transformers toy lines.

Ya cool! I like that. I'm gonna do that on my desk when I have this toy.
You just keep what you do on your desk to yourself Mister. There are young minds here that don't need to see that sort of stuff.

Ohhh if only you people knew what went on behind the camera while shooting a review.

AND in front of the camera but not shown on youtube. While I understand it was paid labor, I still wont forget that time we shared on that fateful night Chuckdawg.

Your wish has been granted by Fun Pub. The BotCon 2015 comic story was a like a Transformers/Diaclone crossover in which the Waruders invaded Cybertron and two Diaclones came to help the Transformers fight them off.

If Tokyo Toy Show brought us the first look at the Diaclone Reboot, Wonderfest 2015 delivers the confirming blow. Thanks to Weibo user 52Toys, we have a good selection of images of the MP sized figures, the teeny tiny pilots and more, along with a Diaclone Archive display from Takara Tomy - check them all out below!
Is this going to be a collector-oriented line like masterpiece or a 2 birds with one stone kind of thing like with the generations line? If they aren't too expensive I may have to get some. Really curious how big the pilots are compared to some of the recent generations toys like Hot Spot or Whirl or Jetfire/Thundercracker that seem to have a place about the same size for a pilot (or in Hot Spots case a firefighter for his bucket).
Shhhhhhh... I was never here. You never got anything from me.
While they call it a reboot, unless I'm mistaken, the only toy so far is still Diabattles right? I'm going to be getting this and be damned for crowding my apartment by the lady...
Oh man. I am really excited for this guy too. I'm sold on just the grey proto. Does that make me a sucker? It will be nice to see a fully painted version. In my hands while I go pew pew pew all day long.
So did he just fall over? OOPS!

I think they are the same size as the originals. The one in the middle is the reboot. The other two are OGs.
The originals are just a little too big for Hot Spot's bucket, but it's still fun.

These look better and better every time I see them. I am also silently hoping that this means some of the OG Diaclone/ Diakron toys might get a reissue as well down the line. Regardless of whether that happens, I am interested to see more and more of these guys.

Diabattles now has its own animated transformation sequence:

Shame, really, that these look to be so big and (assumingly) expensive I've never had the money to buy masterpiece or larger figures, and these look great, since they are apparently megazords done right (poseable) I would be all over these if they were smaller (voyager-ultra class) and less expensive.
I am not a G1 fan, please treat my opinions as such.

I dont recall us knowing it's price yet.
Nothing on price yet. Or size for that matter. Judging from the comparison of the old and new pilots, I bet this toy is small. Each vehicle could be as small as a deluxe. the pilots are teeny weeny tiny. In fact, *grabs a pilot and a ruler*, 1 and 1/8 inch. Unless the OG toys came with bigger pilots than what came with the Diaclone release TFs.

That's actually really good to know. Easier to shoehorn onto my shelves if it's not ginormous. My girlfriend actually understands why I love diaclone so much when I explained to her the interesting back and forth history of Transformers between Japan and North America. She probably won't complain when she sees this. Lol. She's never complained about my collection before, but I am anticipating that as it continues to grow she may think otherwise.
