Got a couple new black series guys. Had to get one for no particular reason, and a buddy talked me into the other at last after I ordered the other guy.

Picked up more playmobil, specifically Ted Bundy with beetle and Charles Manson with camper... Neither of the sets figures inspire Brady bunch levels of wellbeing and groovy.
Already had the yellow beetle for ghostbusters janine car or potentially bumble bee (though trying to paint the roof yellow would match as well as Hasbros yellows do).

Had to preorder Raph and Tommy seperately from a different seller way back so dunno when they will turn up. Still not sure if I like the choices of the colors for the turtles/April but not sure which colors I'd prefer them to be (April yellow, leo red, Raph black/nightwatcher or blue due weapons) and kinda sad Venus didnt get a figure or Casey but don't really know anything about boom pr comics.

Picked up MotU Revelations Tri-Klops yesterday morning. That gets me up to date on all the bigger MOTUR figures (Skelegod, Faker, Savage He-Man w/ Orko, Tri-Klops), now I need to actually get around to buying waves 2 and 3 of the regular figures...

Also got my Horizon Forbidden West Collectors Edition in the mail from Best Buy. Really wanted the Regalla Edition, but twice it sold out of my cart at Best Buy and was never re-stocked anywhere else that I'm aware of. Man, the Tremortusk statue that comes with it is far bigger (just over a foot tall) and far cooler than I expected it to be, I have it next to my PS5 for now. The Aloy figure is nice too, the paint is really clean and detailed and her face is surprisingly accurate for such a tiny (2.5") figure.

Call me crazy, but I might still get the Regalla edition if I happen across it since it comes with more physical stuff and a different Tremortusk statue.

With most of the upcoming and recent transformers offerings being a bit sub par to my liking my recent buys are still Hasbro.


Finally completed two sets of good rangers (in space and zeo) with only mighty morphing to finish (until street clothes or mighty morphing movies versions) so I'm down to just occasional villains and a few random rangers I'm after.

Got the very first Yeolume doll for a reasonable price due to a surprise restock at Pullip Style.
Also, I finally got the MOTU Landshark at 19$CAN on clearance at Walmart! I would have never picked it at 40$CAN, but more than 50% off is good.

Well, I did it, got the $250 Regalla Edition of Horizon Forbidden West to go with my $200 collectors edition posted above. Not sure when I'll open it, I don't really have anywhere to put another giant freak'n robot elephant statue. I'll figure something out.

And finally, picked up one of those cheap Power Rangers Dino Megazords that come in a zero-plastic box. It's cheaply made and hardly articulated, but at the same time the chunky style is almost TV show accurate if it just had a little more paint. I could see myself buying more.

Small if the RWBY pop up parade I bought my son is anything to go by. The Gurren Lagann one looks really nice tho.

Pop Up Parade usually hovers around 6". GSC says they're non-scale, but most of them are around 1/12 scale. They're basically retail prize figures, but they're a great alternative to the larger scale figures for around $30 (if you can get them in Japan, around $40 domestically).

Just got my gi joe python patrol Bat and it wasn't left in the wild like Terrorsaur yay and double yay for it being the last item I hope to buy through hasbro pulse until they change couriers.


They only include one chest piece compared to standard retail and no battle damage head! Plus the inner box is a bit dissapointing with empty space especially compared to the alley vipers. Still a nice figure tho.

Also I was very wrong about inspace pink rangers pinks matching, just glad there isn't many pink transformers.

Been a few weeks, got a bunch of new non-TF stuff, including 2 really important items that are nigh grail worthy.

First up, got muddy Mando. Actually found him in stores, that was a surprise

got the Battle Force 5 1:24 Reverb in anticipation of the big ticket items...



I managed to secure the Battle Force 5 Fused Skyknife and Smashclaw! These 2 toys were all but cancelled, seeing extremely limited distribution in Latin america 10 years ago, but otherwise, abandoned. They have long been a grail item, and I finally have them. They are a hugely important haul.

Got a new Defender Strange, Echo, and Therizinosaurus!

Went on a little road trip Saturday just to get out of the house by myself since any time I bring anyone along they get board and complain about making too many stops. My car, my gas, I'll stop where I want!

Ahem! Anyway, first stop was Maine Vintage Toys, but unfortunately they didn't have any vintage toys I was actually interested in. Picked up MOTU Masterverse Beastman, Spikor, Stinkor, and Scareglow for about $25 each, a little high, but not ridiculously and I don't mind supporting a local business.

A few unfruitful stops later I ended up at Target and picked up Masterverse Andra and Fisto for $20 each, not sure why they were reduced, but they weren't clearanced and both He-man and Skeletor were still priced at $22 so I have no idea what happened there but it helped make up the difference from the last store. Also picked up that $10 LEGO Super Robot set that was obviously based on Grendizer because it's cool, cheap and I want them to make more of these. It also has what I would describe as a Sentai jet and dragon modes.

Finally at Walmart I picked up a few Transformers (posted in the Transformers haul thread), but they also had the Funko Turboman remake on clearance for $25 so I bought one of those too.

All of this is about 65 miles away and I've made the trip many times with nothing to show for it so it was nice actually come back with a good haul for a change.
