Who would like to see a show where the villains from popular 80's cartoons formed their own Legion of Doom? Here is my list of who I think should be in it.

Mumm-Ra (Thundercats)
Venger(Dungeons and Dragons)
Cobra Commander(GI Joe)
Baroness (GI Joe)
Shadow Weaver (She-Ra)
Evilyn (He-Man)
Saw Boss (Wheeled Warriors)
Tex Hex (Brave-Starr)
Ming the Merciless (Defenders of the Earth)
Shredder (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

I like the list and the concept! Comedy show or playing it straight?

I think each choice would merit a separate cast. A serious villain cartoon wouldn't involve '87 Shredder, Filmation Skeletor or even Cobra Commander. Now I can't really be the one to give a cast to that show (as Villains=Comic relief is a trope I loathe) I would recommend a cast for the more serious show. Who they are and what role they would provide.

Saw-Boss (WW) - Technology
Tex Hex (BS) - Mercenary/Wild Card

Stampede (BS)

I would keep it a bit simpler.

Megatron
Cobra Commander
Skeletor
Shredder
Mumm-Ra

Megatron would be leader by virtue of size and strength. The rest would all be equal.
