That's unfortunate. But considering you are a self confessed anti-otaku, one wonders why you did not just draw a line under it to save the relationship. But then you are thirteen? There will be other girls for you.

I'm also incredibly lucky. My Hopey is super special, there is no one else like her.

I found a new, and better, girl. When I first met her I asked "Do you like Sailor Moon?" and she said "I love Sailor Moon!"

Wahey, I was checking the Japanese fan blogs for information about the release of the Ga-Rei Zero OST and found that Natsuki and Toru make a cameo appearance in episode 7.

However briefly it may have been... it gives me hope. Maybe this hope will lead to a change, change with a side order of hope and change.

Vote Toru for Ga-Rei 2009.

While my preferred fansub group wastes time they could be spending on subbing the new episode of Gundam 00, on editing their site to play stupid songs when their site loads, I'm left here with nothing. I have heard that, despite having no MS combat, the episode is actually really good. Tieria dresses up as a woman, leaving the question "He wasn't before?"

I am very pleased with the way this turned out. Make that extremely pleased. The song also worked a lot better than I had expected! Thanks, Becca! Though I was tempted to use the Cyndi Lauper version cuz I wub Cyndi.

Enjoy watching this, because I certainly enjoyed making it.

Used: Ga-Rei Zero Episode 1 TV RAW, I Drove All Night (Becca ver.) Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.

Build Time: 4 Hours.

The cover art for both versions of the Ga-Rei Zero Vol.1 DVD is out...

Now, I was hoping they would have Yomi(BITCH!!1) and Kagura on the front so I would only have to get one of them, preferably the limited edition since that would likely have more extras. Japanese DVDs are so expensive and now I feel compelled to get them both especially because of the squeetastic bottom image.

That's a $100 of DVDs now, plus the CD soundtrack and shipping, $150 of stuff. Darn this hobby for being so bloody expensive.

The only saving grace is I won't have to get the rest of the DVDs.

Or will I?

Watch Tokusen 4 come back next week, and my bank account shriek in horror.

Ah, just found old Nadesico discs. Man, the more I watch this series the more levels of genius I discover. Easily my favorite of all time and probably on everyone's short list of 'best ever' contenders.

Despite the fact the last episode sucked balls, and the movie was utter shite. It could have been a hell of a lot better. The rest of it was great though, very memorable.

Too true about the movie. I know some questions are better left unanswered, but jeez, do you have to DOUBLE the previous amount of unanswered questions? Especially must-know ones like "is he Ruri's boyfriend or 'brother'?" ;;)

Bunch of great moments, tho. Like Hikari beating the crap out of Ryoko in the arcade, muwahaha.

Last episode = didn't see the twist, but damn, (I can't believe I'm saying this) could've use more exposition, an explanation as to why they weren't all annihilated out of spite, and of course, cowbell.

The tracklist for the first Ga-Rei Zero OST is out.

Glad to see that Dark Side of the Light is the first track, as that's the one everyone wants.

I hope the other pieces from the first episode are on here as well. Hopefully there'll be some track previews in the near future.

Released on Christmas day, and about a week for shipping, though maybe longer because of Christmas congestion. It's going to be awesome to finally hear the full version of Dark Side of The Light without the action over the top.
