Sent my profile to you involving Gangrill

Put just enough effort to give you a glimpse of his personality and motivation, not much further. Field medic assigned to the repair crew in case of emergencies or miss-haps during the assignment. Usually bored out of his mind, but ya never know when someone may fall from the scaffolding and twist an ankle servo.
Poor bastard has no idea what he just got involved with.

Let's see. I think I can break this down pretty easily. First, I put a story idea that anyone could get involved in with the DJD. You offered up a character. I started up a thread. What you have not done is post with the character you offered up. That's on you. So yes, to answer your question, you can play in the RPG again as soon as you decide to post for the character you wanted to put into the new story.
As for the other thread, it will be resolved soon enough. So on that front, the answer is also yes. Hope that helps,

I'm really trying to get back into the stories. I know I've let down almost everyone on this site so I'm asking for help getting back into the flow of things. Some of the threads my characters are in have hit snags for whatever the reason. Others needs posting like Octane and BattleTrap. If you have a character(s) involved with mine, please send me a PM about what needs to be done as I try to catch up with the threads. Hot Spot and Skydive been posted for even if the posts aren't up to my best standards.

I've been wondering which is better, a multi-changer (triple changer), a multi-alt mode via Duocon or Skylynx, or BW style fuzor. I can see advantages for each form. The multi-changer usually has more power than the multi-alt mode due to all the power being in one body vs split between different vehicles. Fuzors would share the same power advantage as the multi-changer. Fuzors also have the advantage of having both forms abilities at the same time. The multi-alt mode have the advantage of being at different places at the same time. Those who have drones have this advantage to a lesser degree depending on the drone. Depending on how the character is played, what happens to one part of the multi-alt mode affects the other part(s).

Depends on the given situation, there are both advantages and disadvantages to both forms. What are you trying to get at?

The impression I get from TFWiki is that the multi-changer is a better version of the multi-alt mode. The Duocon's bio says they are failed attempts at creating a triple changer. However later on in the BW time frame, we have fuzors and Magmatron who is a three piece multi-alt mode character. It is something I recently thought about since I've got both Octane and Battletrap.

But you can cover mode ground and attack from more angles as a Duocon. They might be a little screwy in the processor, but ultimately its a matter of perspective and circumstance.

And Sky Lynx is the essence of perfection. Even Duocons cannot compare.

Given where the story is right now, I would have your character enter the observation deck and approach the other crewmechs. Have them give a little informal "report" about what they've been up to and then start a conversation with one (or all) of them from there, then perhaps notice the DJD'ers who are present.
Doesn't have to be a long post at all. Just gets the flow going.

Just as a heads up, I caught a case of the flu from the kiddos I work with that somehow became walking pneumonia despite my best efforts. Needless to say I've been a medicated zombie for a while now, mindlessly watching whatever happened to be on the tv at the time and praying for a merciful death....
Alas! It seems not to be my time to join the ranks of the undead just yet. I'm starting to be able to form coherent thoughts again and enjoy things like reading, so I'm hoping I can get back in the mix quite soon.

I'm getting mixed signals here. How is our residential Vampire not already within the ranks of the undead? :p
Jokes aside, glad to here you're doing okay!
Throws some OJ to the sickened one.

I finally joined the RPG with a character that is partially my own creation but he is not a new character since he was seen in G1 but nameless at the time. His profile is somewhat modified which is cool with me. If anyone has questions about him, just send questions via PM.

Now this is kindof an awkward situation. So you are newer to the RPG seemingly than I am, yet you have been a member of Seibertron much longer than I. I am not sure whether to welcome you or wait for you to welcome me!
Welcome to the game then!

Thank you for the welcome.
As you can see I am not new to Seibertron. In terms of rping, I am not new to the concept since I have been rping since 2008. Also, I have been working on Ion Storm (the blue rainmaker) since 2011 and he became official back in 2015. He is a fun character to interact with if you come across him in the RPG.

What exactly do you mean by he "became official" then?

He was previously un-named in G1.As of 2015, his profile that I developed for him is recognized as canon.
Here is his TFwiki page:
http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Ion_StormHopefully, that answers your question
