[Deadlock]

today my classics devastator arrived from someone from ebay, it was new and in good condition, i opened the box and got my scavenger hightower bonecrusher and scrapper. but when i got to long haul something was wrong... the left heel would not rotate out, so i tried and tried, then i found out that the plastic had molded together, so i tried and used a knife. but then i cut myself, next i tried to rotate it and it was the same as hard as before.


has anyone got suggestion on how to get it open?
