Rochade wrote:I don't understand why everyone lowers the rating of this figure because of the claw weapon. Yes it looks goofy, but he looks fine in both modes without it so think of it as an extra. If you don't like it, then put it away. The figure doesn't suffer from it. Drawing off points seems a bit harsh.

Is there a place to attached his weapon when not in use?

I just bought Dropkick off of EvilBay for $6.00 plus shipping. Now, I get to wait for him to arrive in my mailbox. :)

Dropkick is not easy to find. And you got him for only 6 bucks?

$13 with shipping, which is actually pretty reasonable. Others were bidding on the same item, I was highest bidder. I got lucky, for once. I've been outbid numerous times with rediculous amounts.

I have not seen Dropkick, CC BB, Longarm, Payload, Dreadwing, Thundercracker, or Rescue Ratchet in any of the stores in my area. I was even in Washington State for 2 weeks, and their WalMart, Target, and TRU had nothing but Brawls, Bonecrushers, and Scorpy's. As much as I hate buying off of ebay, I am happy I got him for so low. I don't like scalpers (however, I don't think that seller was one though since he/she started the bidding at $0.99), but I have little options no thanks to retarded stores, and greedy people.

If it will make you feel better, I paid $14 for a CC BB, plus shipping. Win some, lose some...

I thought Jazz had the worst weapon until I saw the plastic plyers. I do love the actual figure though. The chicken legs don't bother me on any of the movie line.

Thanks.

The claw thing is a bit cheesey, but he has a built in weapon in his arms I think, so you don't need to use the cutters which is good.

On YouTube BikerTrashWolf made some comment in his review saying that maybe Hasbro just got a pair of real ones and made a mould of it for the toy, it's that close to looking like real pliers.

Can it, at least, grab small things? Can be a handy tool, you know.

Glad you guys are liking DropKick as much as I am. I was really surprised by how cool he turned out to be. Honestly I only grabbed him because he had the big D-con logo, it caught my eye so I scooped him up. I was very pleasantly surprised by how hip he turned out to be. He's just got some cool style.

He can haul things!

That cinches it. I'll be buying him as soon as I can find him.

Thanks!

Like hauling Decepticon weapons.

Waita minute. There's hardly any detachable weapons from the Decepticons!

Dropkick arrived from HTS today, and man is he as awesome as this thread made him seem.

On another note, his bed is actually large enough for a Scout-sized figure to ride shotgun! (no camera at the moment, but I'll try and get pics up later this week.)
