Well, not really, but Lrrr is a classic character. My fave moment with him is when he's buying human horn.

I hold more faith in this show than for Family Guy nowadays. I'm glad they're bringing this back, because to me, Family Guy is getting a bit old. It's still good (better than 95% of TV) but still... Futurama will be taking over the #1 cartoon TV spot for me now.

BTW, Futurama is STILL being broadcasted by FOX in LatinAmerica. They moved Family Guy to FX. :lol:

I hope the new episodes don't end up being broacasted by MTV or Sony (Animax) here because everything related to Comedy Central ends up in those channels.

I've heard tha tthe budget got cut big time and they may have to re-cast the voices to meet budget demands. This doesn't bode well.

Wait, Fox (or one of it's many subsidiaries) is screwing over fans of a popular show? The hell you say! I could never imagine Fox doing something so idiotic. It would be like canceling Family Guy or Firefly at the hight of their popularity!

Even if they do recast the voices - Germany will still have the standard voice actors so nothing will change!

Oh man, that sucks. I had heard that it was still possible for the original cast to return. But let's hope replacing them is just another nasty rumor. I don't think I'd want to watch if they replaced the main cast.

I'm not usually one to call Ruined Forever, but I think I have to here. Fry, Bender, Leela, the Professor, Dr. Zoidberg, Elzar, Morbo, Calculon, Mom, Smitty and Url, Zapp Brannigan...can you imagine any of these voiced being done by other people?!

I can only imagine Zapp Brannigan being done by Phil Hartmann. Then again, they wrote the part for him. Other than him, I can't see them with different voices.

Eh, that just referencing the same Forces of Geek post from 7/17. No new news yet. I still hold out hope they come to an agreement.
