Well people make skins for the Sims 2, some of them are in the form of Transformers.

Basically all you have to do is get the Sims 2, find a website dedicated to Sims 2 addons like different skins, houses, items etc. Find the Transformer skin you want, download it and install it into the game folder for Sims 2. Then in the game you just go over the character creation options until you find the Transformer skin that you ended up downloading.
