Last night I took Kup of the shelf, and noticed something. He looks kinda similor to Animated Prime! Can anyone digibash what a repaint would look like for me?

They wouldn't even have to remold the head much either, just a few wrinkles under the eyes. Anyone else seeing the resemblence, or am I alone?

But at least the similarities are a little bit more apparent in like colors.

This the sort of thing you had in mind? It's a bit quick and dirty, but I think it gets the idea across.

Actually, I think this Ani Prime may help solve a transformation problem that's been bugging me for a while... :-?

A nice idea, but Prime's powerful build doesn't suit Kup very well. I have a hard time accepting the repaint as a doddering old timer.

It looks good as a younger version of Kup, back in the days he had always talked about in the show.

I never had Kup down as 'doddering' anyway. He may be older than pretty much anyone else, but he was never anywhere near past it. He's slow, but he was always tough and strong (check the Tech Specs - Strength 8, Endurance 9 - that's not a 'bot who's on his last legs yet)...

Thanks; I used Artweaver. And while I've just handed over lines for someone else to colour the Mosaic I've drawn, I can colour, too. Check out the Deviant link in my sig for examples.

This is a great idea, - it's making me like the mold more already.

The other thing I'd do is trim the pointy head gear and give the face a more chiseled appearance... just to stop it looking like a blue Optimus.

Kup always had more of a squared-off helmet look, rather than pointy batman ears.

I guess I must have worded my title/original post wrong, cause what I meant was I think they should repaint Animated Prime into Kup, not Kup into Animated Prime.
