I don’t know, the condition of the figures is what makes it worth it. If there just missing a part or two then yes it was a good deal.

Umm, The Chrome is pretty good. Looks OK, not Perfect... Actually Rhinox looks cleaner... Both Rubsigns are in good condition. I love Rhinox's alt mode. Tank Rhino!!

Not bad! Although, I can't say I'd have picked them up with the problems they have--I'm just too anal.

My best deal at a thrift store was an original Beast Wars Scorponok, with bee missile and no broken parts, for only $2.

Thinking on it, cheetor was pretty hard to find during beast wars so, yeah good deal if you can get your hands on his head.

$4.00 for two incomplete TransMetal figures? Eh...I don't know. I mean, if you're happy with the purchase, then fantastic. If not, well then...I'd have to agree.

Pay the extra and get the complete bot. Finding parts might be easy on eBay, but I'd say it'd be expensive, because they're usually in a lot or something else.

Rule to live by...if it isn't G1, do NOT every buy imcomplete Transformers. You'll likely not complete them and the discount price isn't worth the difficulty of crappiness level of the toy.
