My matrix will not come out of prime's chest, it is in there tightly.

Use tweezers of a cocktail stick of something to hook the handle out. A bit of leverage is all it takes.

It should be fairly easy to just pop it out with a screwdriver.
Or, just keep it in, there isn't much of anything to it.

I've tried all those things , but i take it out by exposing the tabs on the top of it, and easily take it out during mid transformation.

Partially transform the upper chest by pulling down the bumper along with the square box that is holding the matrix. While the square is disconnected from the chest it makes it much easier to take out the matrix.
