Just salvaged all my old figures, and I have one that I dont recognize or remember. Can anyone help?

I'm thinking he's a later G1 or even post-movie figure. He's a blue and dark grey jeep, all plastic and palm sized. He has an orange face, and the distinct feature he has is that when a button is pushed, two guns rotate above his shoulders. He's dated 1988. i can post a picture if need be. Can anyone help?

Hmm.. not for long, but don't worry, there's a vast amount of members here who probably notice what it is. Once i see the head of the transformer it'll be easy for me to figure who it is from the seibertron galleries
