I finally got my hands on a RID prime and could'nt wait to combine him with Ultra Magnus, but once i did, i have extra parts!! i checked the galleries and it looks the same, but does this look right to you too?? i think it looks HOT!! but can't understand the extra parts, just buggin me i guess. comments welcomed!!! BDM

Hi, all the parts that make the up the rear half of Optimus' fire truck are not part of Omega Prime. However, there ARE ways to combine them creatively.

For instance:

You can transform the ladder/head/chest so that it looks like a giant battle axe which Omega Prime can hold.

You can attach Super Mode Optimus Prime's arms to Ultra Magnus' elbows and form over the shoulder rocket launchers.

You can combine both of Super Mode Optimus Prime's feet to make a shield that can attach to Omega Primes arm via peg and hole.

Lastly, you can attach Super Mode Optimus Prime's Shoulder armor to Omega Primes legs to bulk up the armor.

This is how I have my Omega Prime displayed, and he looks kickass.

also, I should note that you have the rocket launchers attached upside down. There are square and round pegs in the teal part (on top where the missiles are). The pegs you are currently using are meant to attach in front of Ultra Magnus.

Start by having the head and ladder in Optimus Prime Super Mode.

Basically, the axe is formed by turning Super Prime's Head around and folding the waist shield back towards the ladder. From the side, it looks like an axe with the chest and waist forming the blade and the ladder forming the the handle.

From the front, not so much.

As for having 4 arms, that's not really what I intended (was actually trying to make it look like all ten fingers were actually guns), it does have potential. Maybe I'll toy around with it to see if I can make the arms more useful.

I can answer that. The Matrix Blade is actually a repaint of G1 Fortress Maximus' sword. The difference being that it has an extended hilt so it looks more like a halberd or spear in Omega Prime's hands instead of a sword. A repainted Fort Max was in the RID animation and a repainted Fort Max was released in Japan and Korea as "Brave Maximus".

In the final episode of RID, Omega Prime uses the Matrix Blade to kill Galvatron.

A Mastersword or Matrix blade? evil Bay is your best shot. There were reproductions made that have one blade and an interchangeable handle for making it either a matrix blade or mastersword.

I want to say those ran at least $50-$75 though, but I haven't seen a set in quite awhile.

I'm curious about something after seeing the Brave and Fort Max, but how big is he compared to Unicron, Omega Prime, Energon Omega Surpreme, Leader class Prime, Primus, Masterpiece Prime and Leader class Megatron?
It's unlikely I'll ever be able to get him, so I can't do any comparsions myself.
And you've transformed Omega Prime just right, he can be a little tricky at first, but after a while it becomes second nature. The hands and back pack can be hardest part the first time round.

thanks! i've seen a fort max, but probably will never own him either( but ya never know!), but he's HUGE!! much bigger than any other transformer i've ever seen!! not the brave max, i've never seen him, but the original, he's a MONSTER!!!!

I was lucky enough when I bought my Fort Max, it was the japanese verision that came with not only the Master sword, bbut also the Lucky Draw Matrix Blade that FB also showed an auction of.
