It would be completely unexpected.

Of course, we'll most likely get beaten; especially if we go in on our own side. Halo is a pretty big gang, and that other one ain't much smaller.

ah. I probably wasn't clear enough.

What I meant was allying with the smaller Halo group and helping them.

Then when the war is over and Seib/Halo achieve victory, they owe you, and when they've paid up (strike a deal in exchange for resources) you beat them down as well.

Honestly, when I say "big guns" people just assume ships, you lot forget how much of an evil genius I am. :grin:

So in theory we should begin covert discussions with the HaloR faction, possibly join them, and start raiding the Larger Halo members? Just by proving to be a thorn in their sides with raiding parties might give HaloR the upperhand they need.
BTW, SEIB alliance is currently ranked #87 in uni 37.

Start building up talks with Halo-R, find out who they are, and then get them onside whilst encouraging them to stand up to Halo is my best suggestion.

Im willing to hazard a guess that they are not anything like as warlike/competitive as us, even just in general. Ogame isnt a wargame like hmw.

I have nothing to contribute to an offensive unless I can get some IPMs built this evening (just started a silo), but if you guys want to get your knuckles bloody, don't let me stop you.

I guess there is the possibility that someone could decide to glass me in retribution, but compared to HMW it's not like I have a lot invested in this game.

Once again I need to explain myself, which frankly just proves how much i'm needed.

"Big guns" doesn't = ships.
"Big guns" doesn't = IPM's.

"Big guns" = My tactical brain! The fact I have to explain this shows how much i'm needed for war.

Currently i'm researching hyperspace drives so I can get me some Battleships. After that I might concentrate on either Silos (for those IPM's) or two Gauss canons (to complement my two Ion canons), oh and a large shield dome.

I'm probably the most heavily fortified in my area at the moment. :lol:
