Isn't there supposed to be a 6 attack limit in a 24 hour period? The player attacking you will probably get a ban put on him for "pushing" as they call it.

I was raided earlier, he than sent a single light cargo ship and got 2000 metal and Crystal from me, now if he didn't increase his fleet significantly, he will be splashed by my rocket launchers.

I will, when I will have a smaller fleet. Right now, I destroyed that attacking fleet (Eat that, Slay3r) and the same enemy who attacked Spider approaches me.

I think you'll need the Lvl 1 Energy Upgrade and the Lvl 1 Propulsion Upgrade from the lab before you can build a shipyard. The upgrades however are expensive, as are the ships once you finally get the option to build them.

The robotics lab however, I have not regretted. The first level alone provides a significant boost, so if nothing else, go ahead and build the cheapest one.
