Actually, I like idea of BBB killing Megatron. It is very symbolic: Autobots won only thanks to new generation of Autobots. Also Megatron tear Bee voice box, posses him, using him to recovery, and later kill him. So Scout use he's oportunity to pay him back. Also, each time Optimus kill Megatron we get a very weak scene. Cybertron and DotM kinda ruined this idea for me.
I agree that Ending could be moe epic. More Characters could die for real, Vechicons could be more a chalenge, battle should be a bit longer, also ,they should more use their vechicale modes.
I really like Starscream beign really upset about Megatron dying. I wonder did he really gona try to avenge he's master.

As a Decepticon loyalist the finale really hurt to watch. I've never been much of an Autobot fan and the Prime bots just seemed to grate on my nerves for whatever reason.
Deep down I knew what was going to happen. I was just hoping to see an Autobot (or even two, but that's just wishful thinking) go down to make the climactic ending seem more believable. It was just another Decepticon smackdown.
I honestly hope Knockout doesn't join the Autobots. He just doesn't seem to be the type. I really liked his interactions with Starscream, but judging from the finale and his love for automobiles I'd say he's probably switching sides. Time to take him off of the Decepticon shelf.
Only liking the bad guys has always made it hard to like anything since they always lose. I'm a little turned off from the entire series now. The entire Decepticon faction is pretty much broken at this point. What can they possibly do in the movie that won't be completely contrived? With Starscream and Shockwave being the only Decepticons in play anymore, what can they do at all?
You'll have to forgive me in advance. I don't like watching my favorite characters get pulverized time and again.

Yes, I know. I'm just hoping in vain here. The Decepticons don't really have anyone left and Knockout was one of my favorites along with Breakdown and Starscream. I'd hate to see him go. Now I'm conflicted on what I should do with him. Should I keep him on the Decepticon shelf because that's what he mostly was, or do I take him away because he's now a traitor?
I don't even know what to think of Prime anymore.

To be fair, I wouldn't say that Knock Out was ever devoted to the cause. He was there because Megatron let him do whatever his mildly psychopathic heart desired. In the grand scheme of things, he'll join the 'bots for awhile, then sneak away and go back to doing his own thing.

I think that Knock Out should be executed. He seems to be useless to Autobots, and he clearly won't regret he's actions. As a war criminal, there is no point of spere hes life. Also public excecution seems to be very non-Autobot-like, so it would be interesting.
Actually, we don't see a cartoon series where Cons final position is so strong for decades. Nobody can't ignore their role in restoration for Cybertrons. Starscream and Shockwave are alive and well, Soundwave is alive, only trapped in Shadowzone. And as we saw already, you may escape from Shadowzone. As Sound is one of the most talented Cons, I don't see reason why hy can't do that. For me it's more a question of time. Many Vechicons survived the final battle for sure, and Megatron body is in good shape. Comparing even to Animated, where Decepticons are the race that seems to extinct in one generation, and Megatron's team is inprisoned and propably executed, it still a good deal to have this few agents fully-functional.

Executing unauthorized raids? Sure. But public executions? Not likely. We aren't dealing with IDW G1 Prowl here.

I think the wheeljack of this series can rationalize anything, and arcee suffers from severe ptsd. Either of them would be capable of it, I'm not saying they would just that they could.

Yeah, I'll give you that. I think Arcee has more-or-less come to terms with the whole "I get all my partners killed" thing though.
Wheeljack has also come more in-line with team Prime, being part of the family and all, having made his mistakes and learned from them, but if something got him riled enough, he'd start beheading some 'Cons. That said, Knock Out will never ever be the one to do it, he'd call it a day and run long before making Jackie that pissed.

And that is propably the main reason whyt they should try it, nobody would expect from Autobots killing completly defensless Knock Out. It would be shocking, also if Prime decide to sign off verdict, it could be a interesting character development. Plus it would be funny if KO died only because he decide to switch sides instead of run.Shadowman wrote:

I Wonder did we see some new Autobots and Decepticons in Predacon rising, after all, Cybertron is restored so.. It would shame to keep only old crew. Also, i count that finally some Autobot die (after all, Deadlock lefst the ide of new generations comeing to take the power).

While I see the logic in killing off Knock Out, I don't see it happening. Even when Autobots capture Decepticons they don't usually kill them (unless Simon Furman's writing the story), so it'd be far more likely they'd just put Knock Out in a stasis prison or something, seeing as Cybertron has been re-energized and they now have the resources to take prisoners (which they explicitly lacked back on Earth).
So Knock Out will be imprisoned, accidentally freed during the movie, rejoin Screamer and Shockwave, and subsequently Soundwave, and they will form a new Decepticon Army who set out to conquer the galaxy only to crash on Mars for no adequately explained reason.

The autobots can't afford to imprison KO. What message would that send to other cons that want to peacefully return to the planet.

Guys, this is Knock Out we're talking about here. Any plans the writers have for him most certainly won't be morbid or cruel. He's comedy gold. They wouldn't just throw away a character as fun as him.
An appropriate and fitting punishment for him would be community service, in which he could both face justice for his war crimes and get a laugh from the audience via on-the-job hijinks and hilarity.

Personally I think it would be wise for the bots to utilize their access to the Shadowzone and use it as a prison. (a-la Superman's Phantomzone.)That and i could see Shockwave and Starscream eventually locating Soundwave within said dimension and releasing him. After-all, for Shockwave, it would be the logical action.
