United Kingdom Transformers sightings

And long smockstacks for 20th Prime are on the way.
But as this is the Disgruntled Brit thread, guess I should grumble something. The back issues they had in was of Esc 5. That means I have seen back issues of Esc 1,2,4 and 5. But no 3. And that's the one I'm missing.
I'm sure I've seen a link to a british TF comic shop

Unfortunatly, I have no means of purchasing over the net unless they accept Postal Orders. I tried ordering a back copy from the shop I pick them up from a month or so back, but it doesn't look like they will be getting it in.

This is why I love being a member of this fandom, and a Brit. The helpfulness everyone shares to each other. Thanks Dough-bot.

If all else fails you could try http://www.oneshallstand.com/index.html and ask what payment methods he accepts.

Which one? The larger one that is the right shape and more detailed, but has FAR TOO MANY rough surfaces, or the smaler one that is a lot smoother, but the wrong shape.Leonardo wrote:I've always found the Playstations so frightfully dull.
I still think of the concoles I've ownd and/or tried out, the PS2 is by far the best.
(GTA, GT, Pro Evo, Transformers and Lego Star Wars are my fave serieses/games, three of which are Playstation only (or were, i think GTA may be other concoles too.)
I never got the Xbox cause it is crap.
I got the Gamecube, but after playing the two rogue squadrons on that machine for a while I got VERY bored with it. Nintendo is and always will be a child's and novelty concole maker.
Of the three latest gen concoles, I only see myself buying the PS3, and only once the prices have droped a fair bit.
San Andreas if fecking brilliant.
So... Transformers.
Anything interesting anywhere right now?
Weren't we suposed to get some new Titainiums this month?
erk :S
I mean the big one that costs near enough £70. Sure, it has rough surfaces. But it's DAMN big.
The only thing I like more than toys is big damn toys.

It's a fiddle at first getting him to fit at first. The legs have to be angled so they'll fit down into the shell's legs. It's easy once you get the hang of it but the first time of transforming him it's not so obvious how he fits.

I've been in contact with him recently about getting the Buffy season-eight comics, so fans of the Slayer might want to fire an email off to him expressing an interest.

Season 8? As in season 8 of the comics, or what would have been season 8 had the tv show continued?
If the latter, any idea if she goes to Italy like they said she did in Angel?

The latter. An official continuation of the TV series. (They're also doing a season 6 of Angel in the same way).
They do address the reference to Buffy in Italy, but it's not quite as simple as it seemed in Angel.

Not so much in Angel. They totally mucked up the ending in Angel, I'd find any continuation REALLY difficult to beleive.

What happened at the end of Angel? It went downhill with the whole Connor story so I didn't follow too closely after that.

Good question. I really wanted to see it because Spike came back but never got round to it. Was it good?

Seasons 2-4 were one HUGE story, and were absolutly fantastic. Connoer was a HUGE part of it, and totally deserved his part in the story, even if the charecter was a little annoying.
As for the last season, after getting all but whiped out by the 'beast', and losing all their higher ups (they seem to be able to easily replace all the lower downs), Wolfram and Heart offer Angel their Los Angelise office. He accepts. Season 5 is what happens with him in charge, and was looking like building up for another huge story arch, until halfway through the series, then it became obvious there wasnt gonna be a season 6, and theu hurridly (and rather badly) set about killing everything and everybody off.
